Optimize your chassis behavior and unlock the full potential of your tires with the freeline HQ magnesium rear rim of origin BirelArt.
Developed and tested by the BirelArt racing department, this rim of 210 mm in width is the culmination of a project aimed at improving overall performance. Made from high-quality magnesium with a black finish, it guarantees ideal rigidity and heat dissipation for competition.
ℹ️ Important note: This rim is for sale per unit. It is delivered bare, without fixing screw, without gripsters and without a valve. This is the “High Quality” (HQ) version in magnesium.
Premium Material: Construction en magnesium high quality for optimized weight, excellent rigidity and superior heat dissipation.
Optimized Design (HQ:) The new shape of the rim contains less air between the rim and the tire, which allows for a lower and more even tread wear, validated by the BirelArt team’s tests.
Multipurpose Mount: Equipped with anchor points allowing standard mounting with three holes or a reinforced assembly with six holes, offering flexibility in adjusting the stiffness of the rim/hub assembly.
Performance Improvement: Increasing the number of anchor points allows the stiffness to be adjusted, ensuring a better rear grip and enabling the tire to perform better.
Dimensions: Attack width of 210 mm. Standard diameter: 5 inches (5.")
Color: Black (original HQ magnesium finish.)
Source: Original product BirelArt.
BirelArt, one of the most successful manufacturers in the history of karting, leave nothing to chance. The creation of this new range of magnesium wheels is not merely an aesthetic evolution, but the result of an intensive development program carried out by their factory.
The objective was clear: how can you maximize tire performance while controlling wear ? After hundreds of hours of track testing, birelArt’s engineers concluded that airflow management and the rigidity of the wheel assembly were key factors.
The result is this “Freeline HQ” rim. Visually, it stands out with a revised internal profile, containing less air, which stabilizes the tire’s temperature and reduces its degradation. Mechanically, the innovation lies in the dual mounting option (3 or 6 holes.) This modularity allows drivers and mechanics to fine-tune the stiffness of the rear end to perfectly suit track conditions and riding style, thereby ensuring optimal grip and consistent performance from start to finish of the race.
Follow the red. Drive BirelArt.
"Michel, our equipment expert, recommends: For optimal “floating” operation and good grip, do not overtighten the rim’s mounting screws on the hub. Use a torque wrench (the generally recommended torque is between 20 and 25 Nm, depending on the type of stud) and tighten in a star pattern to ensure perfect seating. Remember to check the tightness regularly, especially after the first few sessions. A magnesium rim requires careful maintenance to prevent oxidation; clean it and dry it thoroughly after each use.
⚠️ Safety advice: Never drive with a cracked rim or one whose mounting holes have become oval-shaped. This could result in losing a wheel on the track and pose a serious danger to you and the other drivers.

The Iame X30 pinion Origin is designed to equip X30 engines by ensuring reliable and efficient transmission. Using accurately, it provides optimal haling with the chain and perfect compatibility with the original configurations.
His assembly is done with 4 screwsensuring secure attachment on the motor axis.
Optimize the behavior of your competition karting with the rear rim OTK AXJ aluminum.
Specially designed for categories Mini (minimal / cadet), This 145 mm width rim is the standard model equipping the chassis of the group OTK (Tony Kart, Kosmic, Exprit, etc.). Made of high quality aluminum, It offers an ideal compromise between rigidity, lightness and thermal dissipation, crucial for the performance of tires on dry track as wet.
TheIame x30 14 × 44 mm piston axis is one Original Iame motor partspecially designed for karting engines X30. It guarantees precise adjustment, optimum reliability and perfect compatibility with engine specifications.
This element is essential for the proper functioning of the piston / rod assembly and contributes directly to the longevity and engine performance.
The OTK 50 mm 180x13 Magnesium - BWD brake disc holder, new 2025, is an essential part for chassis from the OTK group, including Tony Kart, Kosmic, Exprit, Carlos Sainz, EOS, and Red Speed. Here's some more information on this product:
The Kit of 3 water hose x30 marked iame is a Original manufacturer accessory, specially designed for IME X30 engines (125cc, Super 175cc, and other variants). This kit is indispensable to ensure a optimal cooling engine, guaranteeing constant performance and an maximum reliability in competition as in training.
Made in High quality materials, these hoses are Resistant heat, pressure and cooling fluids, and are marked iame for a Authenticity and perfect compatibility with the cooling systems of the X30 engines. The kit includes three hoses and the Required clamps For a quick and secure installation.
THE'AGIP oil ENI 2T is a high-end synthetic lubricant specially formulated for two-stroke karting engines. Used in the Vortex Rok Cup, this oil meets the strictest performance and protection requirements.
The Valve box cover (or intake conveyor) of 29 mm is the major technical evolution of the X30 engines since 2018. Located between the carburetor and the pyramid of valves, its role is to "guide" the vein gas aerodynamically. Its 29 mm inner conduit is perfectly aligned with the new carburetors, eliminating turbulence for more frank acceleration and maximum engine fill.
