The silencer wool for exhaust Rotax Max and EVO is an essential component to maintain the optimal performance of your exhaust system. Designed specifically for engines Rotax Max and EVO, this silencer wool ensures effective noise reduction while optimizing the exhaust flow for maximum performance. It is crucial to regularly change the silencer wool to maintain increased performance and ensure optimal engine operation.
The Support spring is housed between the valve piston and the black adjustment cap. Its role is to exercise a constant reminder force on the guillotine to keep it in the low position. It is the resistance of this spring that defines when (which engine speed) the pressure of the gases will be able to lift the valve to release the power.
The FAG 6206 crankshaft bearing (ref. 932434) is the component that supports the colossal efforts of the high speed engine (more than 14,000 rpm). Fabricated Fag, world leader in precision bearing, this model is specifically selected by Rotax For its ability to withstand significant radial loads while minimizing friction. Its internal game (usually C3) is calculated to provide perfect fluidity once the engine is mounted in temperature.
The Screw FHC 5x12 (ref. 241810) is a milled head screw (six troughs) specifically used to secure the balancing shaft bearing washer in the engine crankcase. Despite its small size, it supports constant vibrations and ensures that the bearing remains perfectly in place in its slot, thus avoiding any shift in the gnat.

Gear Oil Gables Max XPS is specially developed for high performance karts engines Rotax Max. Resistant at extreme temperatures, it reduces wear and is designed to provide optimal performance. It is recommended to change the oil after 5 hours of use for maximum results. This oil is not suitable for manual box kart engine engines.
Maintain the performance of your Rotax Max Evo engine with this genuine oil seal specifically designed to seal the guillotine valve stem (exhaust valve).
This new-generation part is rigorously identical to the original factory installation on Rotax Evo engines. It guarantees a perfect seal between the valve mechanism and the cylinder, preventing exhaust gas leaks that could impair the operation of the valve control system and the engine's overall performance
