Boite a clapets complète TM R1 Tm racing. Pièce du système d'admission et d'alimentation du moteur.
The clutch disc (marker)9on the broken view) is an original high performance friction partTM Kart. Designed to withstand the extreme temperatures and enormous torque constraints of the 125cc gearbox (KZ) engines, it ensures a perfect connection between your engine and the gearbox. Its specific trim is designed to offer a progression at the start while guaranteeing an immediate grip as soon as the pedal is released.
Pair of half-trees for axes of 22mm in KZ R1
The price includes the two half-trees for axis 22mm
Make a perfect guidance and without playing to your clutch sandy thanks to the NEIGHT NEIGHT NEIGHBORHONE NEIGHT TM KART. This stamped sleeve bearing (type HK 20/12) is an essential high-precision guidance element of the primary transmission on the Italian brand 125cc gear motors.
Manufactured according to very strict tolerances to support high rotational speeds and heavy radial loads, this HK 2012 roller cage allows the pinion or clutch bell to rotate freely on the transmission shaft with a coefficient of Minimal friction. Its processed steel structure guarantees excellent heating of the box oil, preventing premature wear of the shaft reach on all blocks TM KZ10, KZ-R1, KZ-R2 and KZ-R3.
Ensure the perfect timing and alignment of your transmission with the Blue 30 x 18 x 3 for TM Kart KZ-R3 clutch (Sploter mark # 25). Original part constructor.
Ensure the precise timing and alignment of your transmission with the 7 x 20 x 2 TM Kart. Polyvalent room (view 10 on the primary shaft of the R1 motor, view 44 on the R3), compatible with a wide range of TM engines (K8, K9, KZ10).
Theclutch nuts nut is the component that locks the set of clutch clutch on the primary motor shaft TM R1. Subject to extreme rotation and vibration constraints, this nut must guarantee an infallible tightening to avoid any axial game that could destroy the bell or clutch discs.
For engines kv95 / 92, K7, K8, K9, K9B, K9C, KZ10, kz10b, kz10c, kz r1
The Needle Cage IKO KTZ (B2) is the reference component used in first goes by the TM Racing factory. Designed to support the extreme stresses of high efficiency motors, it provides fluid rotation and maximum durability of the embiellent.
Grade B2 (precision): The B2 classification guarantees an extremely tight, indispensable manufacturing tolerance for a perfect fit between the 22 mm coat and the rod.
High quality needles: The rollers are designed to withstand rotating speeds exceeding 15,000 rpm while effectively dissipating heat.
Reliability of origin: By choosing the original TMKART part, you complete a total compatibility with the brand's sleeves and connecting rods, thus avoiding premature engine breaks related to excessive or insufficient game.
Opt for the high-end thermal and mechanical resistance with the Cage of rods silver IKO SKTZ (Ø22 / 28/15 mm) detachable needles, specially designed for TM Kart R1, R2 and R3 engines.
Ensure the precise and fluid trigger of your transmission with the Internal clutch thrust rod 146.2 mm TM Kart. Original piece for KZ10B, KZ10C and R (R1, R2, R3) series motors.
The internal cylinder head is the most demanded element of your high engine. Located at the point of contact between the cylinder head dome (insert) and the cylinder, it has the critical role of sealing the combustion chamber.
This seal in Viton High Performance is the standard for the entire line of TM Racing competition engines, including the last born: the TM R3. It must withstand colossal pressures and extreme burned gas temperatures. A seal in perfect condition is the only guarantee of constant motor power and protection against coolant intrusion into the cylinder.

Discover the Joint pouch KZ10 B/C (except SPI), an essential element for competitive karting engines. Designed specifically for motors KZ10B and KZ10C, this pouch includes all the necessary joints, with the exception of the SPI seal, to ensure the proper functioning and longevity of your engine.
The Complete SPI joint kit for TM Racing KZ engines is an indispensable spare assembly of origin manufacturer (Ricambi Originali TM Racing). As illustrated in the reference picture 8722.jpgThis plant sealed bag gathers the entire lip joints needed to ensure absolute tightness of your bottom-motor during a full revision.
On a 2-time high efficiency competition engine as the TM Racing blocks, the slightest air intake or internal leakage can be catastrophic. The crankshaft spi joints retain pre-compression in the pump housing, while the other SPI seals preserve the gearbox oil circuit and the selector axle. Designed in fluorocarbon elastomer type Viton or high specification polymersThese factory joints tolerate crazy linear rotation speeds (up to 16,000 rpm) and total thermal and chemical resistance to fuel fuels or not and competitive oils
The Rod 22 cpl is the absolute reference for competition engines Tmkart. This complete kit is designed to support the extreme mechanical stress of gearbox motors (more than 15,000 rpm).
Its peculiarity lies in its Rod Head Axis Percé (Ø 6 mm). This design allows optimum oil circulation to the connecting rod head cage, reducing the friction and the operating temperature, which extends the lifetime of the crankshaft on the pushed engines like the R1, R2 and R3.
The 0.30 mm base gasket is an important thickness in the adjustment range Tmkart. By raising the three tenths cylinder, you move the opening times of your transfers and your exhaust light up.
This is the privileged setting for fast circuits with long straight lines because it allows the engine to "better breathe" in the towers. This seal is perfectly compatible with the entire line of gear motors: KZ10B, R1, R2 and the new R3
The 320 mm base gasket is the thickness "pivot" for any engine mechanic. Thicker than the 0.10 mm, it makes it possible to substantially raise the cylinder to release the high regimes by increasing the opening diagrams.
This seal is designed to fit perfectly to the casings of the competition line Kz10b, r1, r2 and brand new r3. Its manufacturing quality guarantees perfect sealing at the base of the cylinder, critical point to avoid any air intake that could deplete your carburation
The 340 mm base gasket is one of the most important thicknesses of the range Tmkart. It is mainly used in two scenarios:
Adjusting extreme diagrams: For motorists wishing to raise the cylinder to the maximum in order to privilege the pure power at very high speed.
Mechanical compensation: To adjust the cylinder height when using pistons or specific connecting rods whose odds are moving away from the factory standard.
This seal is designed with a precision cut compatible with the entire lineage Kz10b, r1, r2 and brand new r3.
The Base gasket 0.50 mm is a centerpiece for motorists. It is mainly used to:
Adjusting the rod: Essential when using longer rods or pistons with a different cap height of the standard.
"Fast track" diagrams: Allows you to raise the cylinder significantly to maximize the opening times of transfers, ideal for "long straight" type circuits.
Carter volume: Increasing the thickness to the base increases the dead volume of the bas-engine, which can make the engine less "nervous" and more progressive on low adhesion tracks.
The 310 mm base gasket is a fundamental technical piece for the preparation of your engine Kz10b. Unlike the cylinder head gasket that can only affect the compression, the base gasket changes the cylinder position with respect to the crankshaft.
At 0.10 mm, this seal is ideal for stalking your diagrams (opening of intake and exhaust lights) with extreme finesse. It is often used alone or stacked with other thicknesses to reach the value of squish and the perfect opening times.
