🛠️ Full description of the product SilentBloc / TM KART clutch torque shock rubber - Modena motor compatible

Protect your entire gearbox with violent jerks thanks to the sILENTBLOC OF ORIGINAL CLUTKING TORA DAMPER TM KART (reference 21005.1). Placed directly inside the clutch bell body, under the reinforcing disc (puck F.8), this high density elastomer buffer absorbs the peaks of torque during stopped departures and brutal downsides.

Made in a specially formulated rubber to withstand high temperatures of box oil and chemical additive attack attacks, this silentbloc retains its elasticity and damping capability session after session. Indispensable on all 125cc gearbox blocks TM KART (K8 at KZ-R3), his mark and his hardness are also perfectly compatible with the Modena Engines Motor Bells.

ℹ️ Packaging & Quantity:

This silentbloc is sold individually. To redo the complete torque shock absorber of a clutch bell, it is necessary to use it 6 copies.

👨🔧 Tip in Michel (the mechanical corner)

* "Hi the kings of the start stopped! The small shock absorber rubber 21005.1 is the discreet Savior of your gearbox. When you release the clutch lever at the start or you go up the reports on the fly, it is he who takes the 'Aries' shot' to avoid exploding the teeth of the gears of box !

My stand trick for revising your bell dampers: the change by lot of 6 and the degreasing to the brake cleaner !

Never replace one isolated silentbloc! If you put a new rubber in the middle of 5 old packed rubbers, the new will cash all the load to it alone and will destroy oneself in two rounds.

When you open the clutch bell (on your TM or your Modena):

  1. Take out the 6 old silentblocks. If they are hard as wood, cracked or crushed, throw them !

  2. Carefully clean the 6 housing housing brake cleaner to remove oil filing residues.

  3. Install 6 new silentblocs 21005.1. Rest the reinforcement disc with strong net brake on the M7 screws. You will leave with a flexible transmission, without jarry and incrediable! "*

📐 Installation guide: step by step

1.Demble of the tray and the reinforcement disc:3 min.

Extract the motor clutch bell. Unscrew the M7 screws (detail 12) and remove the shock absorber reinforcement plate / disk (Puck F.8).

2.Extraction and cleaning of the cells:2 min.

Take out the 6 old shock absorber rubbers. Clean the bell cells carefully to remove old oil and impurities.

3.Installation new SilentBloc game:2 min.

Follow the tip in Michel: Insert 6 silentblocs of origin TM Kart (ref 21005.1) in their respective dwellings.

4.Remontage and disc lock:3 min.

Rest the reinforcement disc over the rubbers. Apply a strong brake drop on the M7 screws and squeeze the couple. Your bell is adorned to cash the couple !

❓ FAQ SEO (Frequently Asked Questions)

Q: Is this original TM Kart silent bloc really compatible with Modena engines ?

A: Yes, quite! Housing dimensions of clutch bell shock absorbers on engines Modena (MKK1, MKK2, KK1, KK2, KK3 ...) are identical to TM Kart standards. The SILENTBLOC 21005.1 is raised in place perfectly.

Q: How many silentblocs should be ordered for a complete clutch ?

A: The TM Kart and Modena clutch bell uses 6 silentblocs distributed around the crown. These pieces being sold individually, you must add 6 pieces to your basket for full repair.

Q: What are the risks if you roll with worn or tasked clutch silentblocs ?

A: Silentblocks used create radial game between the primary sprocket and the bell body. The transmission no longer plays its shock absorber role, resulting in intense vibrations, the quick mattage of box crabts and a high risk of pink breakage during gear passages.
