🛠️ Complete description of the original naked clutch bell TM KART - Exclusive engine KZ-R3

Restore the accuracy and guidance of your transmission thanks to the naked Naked TM Kart Clutch Bell Specially designed for KZ-R3 Engine. Mistress external part of the clutch assembly, this aluminum bell cut into the mass receives the lugs of the discs stocked to transmit the force of the primary crown to the gearbox.

Machined according to the very strict tolerances of the TM Kart race service, this naked bell has a reworked geometry exclusively dedicated to the KZ-R3 block. Its reinforced structure is the inquiry and mattage resistant caused by record lugs during stolen departures and free accelerations. It guarantees a perfect sliding of the friction package, avoiding any untimely or residual skating.

⚠️ CAUTION - Restricted compatibility:

This naked clutch bell is strictly specific to the TM Kart KZ-R3 engine. She isn't Not compatible with TM KZ-R2 or with all previous models (KZ-R1, KZ10, KZ10B, KZ10C ...). The interlocking dimensions and machining of the disk cells that have evolved on the R3, alright the version of your motor before order.

👨🔧 Tip in Michel (the corner of the expert)

* "Hi the enthusiasts of KZ! The clutch bell of the R3, it is the beautiful piece of engineering, but be very vigilant: the cutting of the ergots notches is clean to the generation R3! Do not try to mount it on a KZ-R2 or KZ10.

My stand trick for mounting a naked bell R3: the control of the cells and the assembly of the shock absorber !

If you replace your bell because the old was marked by the disks (which causes a clutch that 'glue' or grazes), enjoy it to revise the whole moving crew.

As this bell is delivered naked, you must reinstall your primary drive sprocket, the reinforcement disc (Puck F.8) and shock absorber rubbers (ref 21005.1) New. Do not forget to use new M7x1x125 screws mounted with a drop of forty brake (red) to assemble everything solidly. A new bell perfectly amortized, it's the canon departure assurance without hammering your sandy! "*

📐 Installation guide: step by step

1.Demontage of the used transmission:3 min.

Put the kart on the carriage and remove the clutch housing. Remove the pressure tray, smooth disks and trimmed, as well as the central hub to extract the old bell.

2.Assemblage elements on the nude bell R3:4 min.

Follow the Tip in Michel: Install the 6 new shock absorber rubbers in the new Naked R3 bell, position the reinforcement disk and sandy.

3.Verrouillage from the gnaton3 min.

Apply Fort Fillet Brake on the M7 screws and tighten them on the recommended torque to secure the pinion and the reinforcing disc on the naked bell.

4.Remontage on the bas-engine:3 min.

Rest the assembled bell on its primary roller / sleeve, reinstall the R3 hub, stacking the discs and the presser tray. Your KZ-R3 is ready to resume the track !

❓ FAQ SEO (Frequently Asked Questions)

Q: Why is this clutch bell not compatible with TM KZ-R2 and earlier engines ?

A: TM Kart modified the drawing of the disc notches and the geometry of transmission over the generation Kz-r3. The discs stocked and the KZ10 version clutch components in KZ-R2 do not adapt on this R3 bell.

Q: What does a "naked" clutch bell mean ?

A: This indicates that the room is sold alone, without the primary drive sprocket, without the damper rubbers (21005.1), without the reinforcement disc (detail 11) and without the m7 screws. These elements must be recovered or purchased separately.

Q: What are the signs of a clutch bell to replace ?

A: A bell must be replaced when the turnd disc teeth dug deep ("steps") in the aluminum of the cells. This prevents the discs from freeing up properly when disengaging, causing a grazing or the impossibility of debaring completely.
