The 7 mm pivot puck washer OTK is an essential precision piece for setting the front train on the group chassis OTK (Tony Kart, Kosmic, "wished, Redspeed, Gillard).

This washer is on the pivotal bolt, between the bore of the rocket and the "c" of the frame (the pivot brackets of the chassis).

Setting the cashier height: By moving this washer above or below the rocket, you modify the height of the chassis with respect to the ground.

Washer at the top: The chassis goes down (more grip before, more incisive direction).

Washer down: The chassis monte (better stability, more than "lift" on the inner rear wheel).

Alignment of the pivot: It ensures that the rocket is perfectly centered and guided on the 10 mm pivot bolt, avoiding any radial game that will distort the camber (Camber) and the opening (TOE).
- Installation and maintenance tips

Lubrication: Although it is a fixed part once tight, it is strongly recommended to apply a thin layer of lithium grease on the flat faces during mounting to avoid oxidation and facilitate changes of future settings.

Checking the wear: With time and vibration, these washers can settle or mark. If the washer has a shoulder or if it is no longer perfectly flat, replace it. A 0.5 mm set at this location translates into several millimeters of the rocket end game.

Compatibility: Attention, on the chassis OTK Recent (HST system), the order of washers and eccentrics is very precise. Always observe the factory-recommended stack for your rocket model.

"We often neglect these 7 mm washers, but they are the key to your balance. My Pro Council: If you change your cashier height between two sleeves, always check your parallelism just after. Move a 7 mm washer can lightly change the angle of your steering link and so the opening of your front train. A little laser shot (sniper) after each change of washer will avoid you many surprises at the first turn! "
