"It's the part that we lose most easily when you clean up his housings at the ultrasound and brushbar! We believe it's just a detail, but if you go up your pump cover without the centering pawns, you risk to pinch your seal or to decentrate the axis. My advice: always checks that there is good two (depending on the assembly) and they are not overwritten. If you have to go out, uses a flat clamp without marking the metal. A labeled pion is a guaranteed galley to close the engine cleanly! "

🎓 TUTO: installation and precautions

1. Cleaning the orifices: Before inserting the pawn, make sure the housing in the aluminum housing is clean (no limestone deposition or old seal).

2. Insertion: The pawn must return "fat" in the crankcase. If you have to tap, use a small plastic mallet to not watch the end of the pawn.

3. Verification: Once the panel is in place, present the pump cover. This one must fit perfectly, without sensitive side game.

4. Safety: If the pawn falls from its home, the crankcase may be slightly worn. You can use a drop of bearing seal (green Loctite) to keep it permanently in the crankcase.
