Why use certified hardware Rotax rather than standard hardware?
Resistance class 8.8: This standard ensures that the screw can support the clamping stresses and thermal expansion of the motor block without lying or breaking.
Elzn Treatment: This specific zinc is avoiding the phenomenon of "cold welding" between screw steel and the aluminum of the housing, thus facilitating the future dismal.
Partial thread (FP): The smooth part of the screw allows perfect centering and a better distribution of clamping forces on the walls of the housings.
Quality BTR Footprint: The hollow hex is machined precisely to prevent your key from ripe, even after multiple maintenance cycles.
"Guys, a crankcase screw, it respects it! We do not hug themselves with a low-end key. My advice: use a torque. On the aluminum of Rotax, the couple recommended is 10 nm. If you tighten too hard, you will crack the housing thread, and there is the insured helical! A small mesh of copper fat on the thread before mounting, and your screws will never block, even after a complete season in the rain. "
Cleaning the thread: Before mounting, pass a blow of blower in the tapped hole to evacuate the old oil or the metal residues.
Manual approach: Always start screwing by hand on the first 3 or 4 turns to be sure not to engage the screw.
Cross clamping: For housings, always tighten the screws gradually by following a cross scheme to avoid deforming the central seal.
Visual control: If you see that the screw head begins to be marked or the hex footprint turns off, replace it immediately. A screw blocked with a messed footprint is a mechanical nightmare.
Reference Rotax : 241231
Type: CHC (hollow hexagonal cylindrical) / BTR
Dimensions: M6 (diameter) x 45 mm (length)
Class: 8.8 (High Resistance)
Finish: Elzn (white / white electrozing)
Compatibility: Rotax 125 Max, Junior, Senior, Master, DD2.
Note Magickart: Room sold individually. It is always prudent to have some in advance in its box to replace a screw marked during an unforeseen revision.
piston TM Racing 10085 Represents the elite of engine technology for KZ categories. Designed specifically for the last generations of engines (KZ10C until R2), this model to Flat sky (zero degrees) is the absolute weapon to optimize combustion. Equipped with a Eightened segment of 0.8 mmIt drastically reduces internal friction, releasing more power at high speed.
The Valve box cover (or intake conveyor) of 29 mm is the major technical evolution of the X30 engines since 2018. Located between the carburetor and the pyramid of valves, its role is to "guide" the vein gas aerodynamically. Its 29 mm inner conduit is perfectly aligned with the new carburetors, eliminating turbulence for more frank acceleration and maximum engine fill.
The game of 0.30 mm fiber valves is the standard for motorizations Iame. Unlike carbon which is more rigid, the fiberglass in 0.30 mm offers excellent reactivity to the opening, which greatly promotes the Couple at low and mid-speed. It is the ideal choice for winding tracks where the turn output revival is crucial, or for pilots seeking a more stable and less sensitive carburation.
The Complete flap box with carbon flaps is designed for karting engines IME X30 and Ka100. Key element of the intake system, it allows to regulate the air-fuel flow entering the engine to optimize the response to acceleration and overall performance.

The Full flavor box iame is the organ that regulates the entrance to the air-petrol mixture in the low engine. This set includes the box holder (pyramid), high quality fiberglass flaps, stops and fixing hardware. Designed specifically for IAME engines, it ensures total sealing in compression phase and maximum opening when admitting for optimal cylinder filling.
The Full crankcase Rotax black (ref. 296161) Represents the internal chassis of your engine. Designed for versions Evo and the models produced after 2014, this pair of housings (right side and left side) has a high-strength black surface treatment. They are machined together in the factory to ensure perfect crankshaft alignment and transmission shafts, thus ensuring optimal performance and increased longevity.
The CHC M6X45 VIS (ref. 241231) is a high-strength screw used mainly for the assembly of the motor crankshafts or fixing devices on the block Rotax. His classification 8.8 guarantees excellent resistance to traction and shear, while its surface treatment Elzn (Electrozing) sustainably protects against moisture-related corrosion and track projections.
