The Floating brake disc brake holder is a high-performance mechanical binding piece of origin manufacturer (Original Freeline / Birel Art). This disk hub is machined specifically to accommodate floating rear brake discs on adult competition chassis (KZ box categories or peak monovite as the Rotax, the X30 and the OK) of the group Birel Art.

Machined in the mass from a high quality aeronautical aluminum block, this support has fixing dimensions of 80 mm and 180 mm spacing for a 16 mm body thickness. It is designed to withstand pharaonic twisting couples during repeated and brutal braking at the end of straight line. Thanks to its architecture designed for a floating mounting, it allows the steel disk to expand freely and to align in the center of the caliper, thus eliminating the risk of thermal sail, reducing the asymmetric wear of the platelets and avoiding Right straight lines.

This High performance treated steel brake disc is a piece of origin manufacturer (Original Freeline / Birel Art). It is a widely known multi-purpose mechanic technique, ensuring two separate functions according to the architecture of your chassis:

1. At the front on KAZ KARTS / KZ2 (gearbox): It settles on specific front hubs to brake on the management train. Its compactness ("small brake" system) allows you to perfectly accommodate the stirrup system in the restricted space of the rim above all by guaranteeing an immediate biting.

2. In the back on the mini karts 60cc / minimal / cadet / micro: It acts as a main brake disc on the back tree for categories of young drivers. Its lightness limits the inertia on the rear axle of 30 mm or 40 mm, optimizing the 12 -CC engine reminders while offering a perfectly messy power for children.

Machined in high quality foundry steel, this disc undergoes rigorous heat treatment allowing it to withstand high temperature mounted without veiling. Its ventilations or factory grooves make it possible to effectively dissipate calories and continuously clean the brake pad surface.

The FREELINE BRAKE CLAIR PISTON (dimensions 32 x 24.5 mm) is a high precision spare parts of origin of original manufacturer (Original Freeline / Birel Art). It is designed to equip the rear brake calipers from the group's adult competition chassis Birel Art (notably the series of stirrups equipping the categories Rotax, X30, ok and kz).

Machined according to strict micrometric tolerances, this piston of 32 mm in diameter for a height of 24.5 mm enjoys a leading thermal and anti-friction surface treatment. In karting, the rear braking system undergoes violent temperature mounted (sometimes more 400 ° C. on the disk). This factory piston is specially treated to withstand the thermal deformation, ensure a perfect linear guidance in the bracket of the stirrup and guarantee an instantaneous pedal return without blocking.

The Repair kit for brake caliper RR-FL01 (I32x2) is a set of sealing seals of origin manufacturer (Original Freeline / Birel Art). This targeted kit is specially designed to recondition the main hydraulic brake brake caliper who equips the majority of the group's adult competition chassis Birel Art (Rotax, X30, ok, kz).

As can be seen on the reference image 12820.jpgThis pack specifically includes essential elements to restore the internal hydraulic pressure of your caliper: 4 main sealing cups To house the 32 mm diameter pistons (double piston system per half-shell or 4-piston caliper), as well as the Fine Section O-ring ensuring the tightness of the passage of liquid between the two blocks of the caliper.

Fabricated in an ethylene-propylene rubber (EPDM) of competition quality, these factory joints support extreme liquid temperatures without expanding or disintegrating, guaranteeing a total sealing and a perfect return of the Pistons after each braking.

The FREELINE BRAKE CUP (dimensions 25 x 30 x 2 mm) is a high precision replacement hydraulic component of origin manufacturer (Original Freeline / Birel Art). It is designed to ensure absolute internal sealing and pressurizing the circuit at the cylinder master piston on the group's competition chassis Birel Art.

This cup (or specific lip seal) displays an inside diameter of 25 mman outside diameter of 30 mm and a thickness / height of 2 mm. Its technical profile is specially molded to evade under the pressure of the brake fluid, ensuring that no internal leakage occurs when the driver crushes the pedal. Made in a high-end elastomer resistant to chemical aggressions of competitive fluids, it maintains a reactivity of instantaneous and constant pedal, handle after handle.

The Repair Kit for Brake Caliper B-I32X2 is a repackaging set of origin manufacturer (Original Freeline / Birel Art). It is essential to revise and give all its biting to the rear braking system of the group's competition chassis Birel Art equipped with the B-I32x2 reference bracket (generally used on adult categories such as Rotax, X30, ok and kz).

Subject to immense thermal stresses (the rear discs that can rise to more than 400 ° C. In the race), the internal seals of a caliper end up cooking, drying up and lose their elasticity with time. This complete kit makes it possible to replace all the sealing elements to remove the brake fluid leaks, guarantee a quick return of the pistons in their housing and avoid the piston piston phenomenon that make the platelets rub in straight line.
