External joint cylinder head TM R2- R1-KZ10C

The external cylinder head seal is a high diameter o-ring that ensures the peripheral sealing between the cylinder and cylinder head cover on the latest generation TM Racing motors (KZ10C, R1, R2). Unlike the internal seal (which seals the combustion chamber), the mission is to contain the coolant and to avoid any leakage to the outside of the engine.

Internal seal cylinder head TM KZ 8 // 10...

The internal cylinder head is the most demanded element of your high engine. Located at the point of contact between the cylinder head dome (insert) and the cylinder, it has the critical role of sealing the combustion chamber.

This seal in Viton High Performance is the standard for the entire line of TM Racing competition engines, including the last born: the TM R3. It must withstand colossal pressures and extreme burned gas temperatures. A seal in perfect condition is the only guarantee of constant motor power and protection against coolant intrusion into the cylinder.

Copper cylinder head joint TM KZ10C KZ R1

This perforated copper washer is a critical piece between the cylinder head dome and the cylinder. It fills two essential functions: ensure a perfect thermal seal under high pressure and allow the preparer to adjust the squish (Piston distance / cylinder head).

Copper material: Copper is used for its ability to deform slightly during tightening, ensuring total sealing, as well as for its optimal thermal conductivity.
Perforated design: The perforation (detail 6 of the exploded view) allows the passage of the coolant for efficient thermal regulation of the combustion head.
Multi-thickness: Available in a wide range of thicknesses to accurately adjust the room volume and compression ratio.

Exhaust manifold TM KZ10 / R1 / R2 / R3 Ø28

Optimize the gase sweep and refine the chord of your exhaust gap thanks to the Official exhaust pipe TM Kart model special D2 - 28mm. Strategic part at the outlet of the cylinder, this machined steel collector determines the fluid dynamics and the behavior of your 6-speed 125cc engine.

Developed by the Italian Factory Race Service TM Kart, the Declination Special D2 in 28 mm Offers a perfectly adjusted flange geometry to release the gas vein at high speed while preserving the low and mid-diet torque. Specifically designed for generations KZ10C, KZ-R1, KZ-R2 and the latest KZ-R3, she is also perfectly adaptable on previous blocks KZ10 and KZ10B. Its high precision manufacture guarantees an ideal alignment with the exhaust light of the cylinder and an exceptional resistance to repeated thermal shocks.

TM SPECIAL EXHAUST PIPE Ø30.5

Optimize the bottom-up filling and maximize the stimulus of your kart thanks to the Official Exhaust Pipe TM Kart Model Special 30.5 mm. Hinge element located at the outlet of the cylinder, this machined steel collector determines the chord of the acoustic waves and the gas evacuation dynamics of your 6-speed block 125cc.

Developed by the Italian Manufacture Race TM Kart, the declination Special of 30.5 mm is characterized by a specific dimension that allows to extend and expand the first exhaust cone. This profile is ideal for strengthening the engine response when re-offecers in slow turns and offering maximum pins. Specifically designed for generations KZ10C, KZ-R1, KZ-R2 and the latest KZ-R3, she is also perfectly adaptable on previous KZ10 and KZ10B engines. Its original manufacture guarantees surgical alignment with the exhaust light of the cylinder and absolute resistance to the strong thermal stresses.

Kit Seal Spy Engine KZ10 / KZ-R1

The Complete SPI joint kit for TM Racing KZ engines is an indispensable spare assembly of origin manufacturer (Ricambi Originali TM Racing). As illustrated in the reference picture 8722.jpgThis plant sealed bag gathers the entire lip joints needed to ensure absolute tightness of your bottom-motor during a full revision.

On a 2-time high efficiency competition engine as the TM Racing blocks, the slightest air intake or internal leakage can be catastrophic. The crankshaft spi joints retain pre-compression in the pump housing, while the other SPI seals preserve the gearbox oil circuit and the selector axle. Designed in fluorocarbon elastomer type Viton or high specification polymersThese factory joints tolerate crazy linear rotation speeds (up to 16,000 rpm) and total thermal and chemical resistance to fuel fuels or not and competitive oils
