Master the geometry and the dynamic behavior of your chassis with the Birelart 2025 rocket, with innovative two-part design.
A real asset for the focus in competition, this architecture makes it possible to change the rocket tip to opt for harder or more tender versions, thus directly modifying the load transfers and the behavior of the kart on the track.
The flywheel of 340 mm is the Standard reference for senior and kz categories. This dimension offers the best compromise between the lever arm needed to overwhelm efforts and the surgical accuracy required to place your kart at the millimeter in the curve input. With Brelart branding, you do not only choose a tool, you opt for an ergonomics thought by and for high-level drivers.
Guarantee a perfect alignment and rigorous mounting of your train with theBirelart BIRELART Internal Centering Spacer (Ref: 20.11948.10-LU). Dimension 35.5 x 42.2 mm, part of the original manufacturer.
BirelART 40x38 black brake pads are the perfect choice for drivers looking for optimal braking power , controlled wear and increased longevity . Give your kart high-performance, precise braking, ideal for competitions and intensive training.
⚠️ Pad sold individually – Be sure to order the quantity needed to equip your braking system.
The Birelart 80x180x16 Rear Brake Disk Kit is an essential set designed to replace bushings, clips, and washers of your Birelart rear floating disc. This kit is compatible only with the Birelart, RicCiardo chassis, Charles Leclerc, Kubica and LGK. It is crucial to check the status of your brake disc to ensure your safety.
Adjustable pedal body brake or accelerator Birelart
Optimize the assembly of your front train with the Original Birelart centering ring (Ref: 20.11947.06). Indispensable for accurate positioning and perfect alignment of your front hub on track.
The Birel - Charles Leclerc brake caliper repair kit is an original Birel ART part, distributed by Magickart, official reseller in France. It is compatible with the KZ rear caliper or the two KZ front calipers. For a complete kart, it is necessary to purchase two kits . Magickart recommends assembly by a professional to ensure safety and braking performance.
The cap is not just a lid. It fulfills three essential missions for safety:
Sealing: It prevents the brake fluid (corrosive) from escaping, especially during high track vibrations.
Protection: It isolates the brake fluid (which is hygroscopic, that is to say it absorbs moisture) from the ambient air. Water in the liquid is the enemy n ° 1 of the braking (risk of vapor lock / air bubbles).
Pressure compensation: Most Birelart plugs incorporate a free launching system (or via a membrane) that allows the level of liquid to drop when the pads wear away without creating a vacuum of air in the tank.
The Brake pump axle fork is a detached part of the manufacturer's original security (Original Freeline / Birel Art). This mechanical high-strength steel mechanical element ensures the direct and critical connection between your linkage (brake rod connected to the pedal) and the internal piston of your master cylinder (brake pump).
As illustrated on the reference image 12831.jpgThis part consists of a machined cylindrical portion that fits side pump and an openwork U-shaped clevis allowing the passage of the link link. Designed to endure repeated and extremely violent braking pressures, its original manufacture guarantees perfect bore tolerances for Eliminate any parasitic game in the pedal, offering the driver a specific feeling and an optimal dosage during the deceleration phases.
Make sure optimal safety with BireLart brake safety axis stop ring. This essential piece is designed to provide exceptional performance and increased durability, ensuring a precise and constant braking response. Made with high quality materials, this ring is ideal for demanding karting enthusiasts in terms of performance and safety. It mounts on the Birelart brake pad axis, thus ensuring easy installation and perfect compatibility. Magickart is the official distributor of Charles Leclerc's karting parts, manufactured by Birelart, thus guaranteeing the highest quality products
Technical developments Birel ART – Series 2026
New models Birel ART 2026 integrates numerous technical improvements designed to optimize steering accuracy, ease of adjustment and consistency of performance on all types of circuits. Here are the main new features available on the DD, SH, DD2 and MINI chassis.
The FREELINE BRAKE CLAIR PISTON (dimensions 32 x 24.5 mm) is a high precision spare parts of origin of original manufacturer (Original Freeline / Birel Art). It is designed to equip the rear brake calipers from the group's adult competition chassis Birel Art (notably the series of stirrups equipping the categories Rotax, X30, ok and kz).
Machined according to strict micrometric tolerances, this piston of 32 mm in diameter for a height of 24.5 mm enjoys a leading thermal and anti-friction surface treatment. In karting, the rear braking system undergoes violent temperature mounted (sometimes more 400 ° C. on the disk). This factory piston is specially treated to withstand the thermal deformation, ensure a perfect linear guidance in the bracket of the stirrup and guarantee an instantaneous pedal return without blocking.
Performance, innovation and precision for demanding drivers
Discover the new evolution of the chassis Birel ART, designed to deliver superior performance on all tracks. This new generation incorporates numerous technical improvements resulting from experience in international competition and developed to optimize precision, handling and consistency in racing.
This cap (or bellows) is not just a piece of rubber. He plays a crucial role:
Anti-contaminant barrier: It prevents track dust, sand and water to enter the body of the pump.
Protection of the axis: If dirt enter here, they mix with fat, creating an abrasive paste that will scratch the piston and destroy your internal seals.
Maintaining the lubricant: It keeps the clean fat inside the mechanism of the thrust rod.
Secure your tires and prevent them from spinning on the rim, even in the most extreme grip conditions, with this genuine BirelArt beadlock kit (safety screws).
Manufactured by Freeline, the official accessories and components brand of the BirelArt group, this kit is the benchmark for equipping your rims and ensuring that the tire and rim act as a single unit during intense acceleration and braking phases.
BIRELART-MAGICKART ENGINEERING BUTTER CARTON
Make the reliability and accuracy of your pedal system with this Original Birelart pedal axis.
Designed specifically for the Chassis of the Birelart Group (Birelart, Charles Leclerc, Kubica, Ricciardo, etc.), This axis is the centerpiece that ensures the connection and fluid pivoting of your brake and accelerator pedals. Choose the original part, It is guaranteeing a perfect fit, maximum resistance to stress and irreproachable safety on the track.
The rocket BIREL Art 10 ° x196x25 kz Cl is an essential part for competition karts, designed to provide optimal performance and versatility. Here is a detailed description of this rocket, as well as additional information relevant to your website selling of competition karting parts, MAGICKART.EU.
New graphic: As every year, we have revised the graphics, let's give an even more aggressive appearance,
The tank is screwed into the body of the pump. Between these two rooms is an O-ring (O-Ring) or a sealing washer that does all the work.
The role of fixing: Hold the tank integral with the pump while ensuring perfect sealing to prevent air from being sucked into the circuit during the pumping phase.
Fragility: The tank threaded tip is often plastic. If you force too much, you risk breaking plastic in The body of the pump (very difficult to extract).
Secure the front train from your machine with theSpecial Rocket Nut Original Builder Birelart (Original Birelart Genuine Parts). This specific nut is the official spare part to ensure the locker lock and maintenance of front hubs or front rims (depending on your configuration) on the threaded axis of your rockets.
Machined according to an ultra-strict specification by the Italian plant, this nut differs from standard models of trade by its specific screw and flange or its integrated mechanical braking system adapted to the extreme constraints of competition karting. Subjected to constant vibrations, to violent load transfers during braking and high-speed curve, it ensures that no mechanical game is created on the front axle, thus preserving the surgical accuracy of the train of your train. Red chassis.
