The Repair Kit for Brake Caliper B-I32X2 is a repackaging set of origin manufacturer (Original Freeline / Birel Art). It is essential to revise and give all its biting to the rear braking system of the group's competition chassis Birel Art equipped with the B-I32x2 reference bracket (generally used on adult categories such as Rotax, X30, ok and kz).
Subject to immense thermal stresses (the rear discs that can rise to more than 400 ° C. In the race), the internal seals of a caliper end up cooking, drying up and lose their elasticity with time. This complete kit makes it possible to replace all the sealing elements to remove the brake fluid leaks, guarantee a quick return of the pistons in their housing and avoid the piston piston phenomenon that make the platelets rub in straight line.
Do not replace the seals one by one if your pump is "spongy". The complete kit allows you to leave on a healthy basis.
Type content: The kit generally includes the piston, the primary cup, the secondary cup, the O-rings, the maintenance circlips and sometimes the protective bellows.
When to use it: As soon as you see a loss of constant pressure, an internal leak (the pedal drops gently under pressure), or after a long wintering where the liquid could crystallize.
This retainer ring (Often called circular beta clip or axle safety pin) adopts a semi-open "double buckle" specific form. This is one of the most important safety elements of the chassis.
The Revision kit for diameter brake pump 19 mm is a complete set of original repackaging (Original Freeline Racing Parts). It is essential for restoring absolute sealing, hydraulic pressure and reactivity of your rear brake master cylinder or 19 mm.
As shown in detail the reference photo 12856.jpgThis all-in-one kit brings together all the hardware and internal wear parts necessary for professional refurbishment. Rather than replacing a complete master cylinder, this package of factory parts allows you to eliminate pressure losses, liquid leaks at the pedal and the phenomenon of "spongy pedal" that spoil your chronos on the track.
The Revision Kit for Cylinder 16mrr is a hydraulic reconditioning set of origin manufacturer (Original Freeline / Birel Art). This targeted kit makes it possible to renovate the 16 mm diameter brake pump system (MRR model), usually used on the front braking systems of gearbox karts (Kz) or on some specific rear systems of the group Birel Art.
As highlighted the reference image 13479.jpgThis technical bag precisely contains internal wear parts subject to repeated friction and chemical aggression of the brake fluid. Periodic replacement of these components eliminates internal pressure losses, deleting liquid leaks at the pedal linkage and restoring a firm and accurate attack to your hydraulic system.

Add your passion for the "Red Army" to your workshop! This high performance adhesive tape, in official colorsBirelART Racing, is the essential accessory for all pilots and mechanics operating under the colors of the firm of Lissone.
This Spherical rocket axis screw 10 mm diameter is a major technical change developed by the race service Birel Art For the chassis range 2026. It passes through the rocket and ensures the direct mechanical connection with the front gear adjustment system.
The M8x92 rocket screw (dish) is one Essential fixing piecespecially designed for Birelart Chassis, RicCiardo, Charles Leclerc, Kubica and LGK. This screw is indispensable for setting wheel rockets on the karts in categories KZ, national, Rotax , X30 and ka100, guaranteeing a optimal stability and an maximum safety on the track.
Made in high strength steel, this screw is Resistant to vibration, corrosion and mechanical constraints, ensuring a exceptional durability even in the most demanding conditions of competition.
In your Birelart brake pump, this ring is the main pivot point between the control lever and the thrust rod. Its function is twofold:
Eliminate the game: It allows a "fat" movement without sidebeat. Without it, your brake pedal will have an unpleasant dead race ("blur" effect).
Self-lubrication: Generally composed of sintered bronze impregnated with oil, it is designed to operate "dry" or with a minimum of lubricant, thus preventing the premature wear of the steel pivot axis against the aluminum of the lever
Set of adjustable pedals for Mini Accelerator Birelart-
The weather in karting weather requires a suitable equipment to maintain performance and safety. This set of rims, developed by Freeline by Birelart, is designed to excel in rainy conditions, ensuring better water evacuation and reinforced grip. These rims are delivered without bearings and are compatible with the majority of chassis, with the exception of chassis CRG
Although it is a simple room, the internal spring of the 22SR pump filled a major safety function:
Return of the piston: It guarantees that the piston returns to the "rest" position after each braking. If the piston does not return completely, the circuit does not fulfill correctly by the tank, creating a soft pedal or braking that "drag" (drives that heat).
Maintaining pressure: It ensures a constant pre-load for the joints (cups) remain in place.
Reactivity: It allows the pedal to go back immediately as soon as you relax the foot.

The Repair kit for brake caliper RR-FL01 (I32x2) is a set of sealing seals of origin manufacturer (Original Freeline / Birel Art). This targeted kit is specially designed to recondition the main hydraulic brake brake caliper who equips the majority of the group's adult competition chassis Birel Art (Rotax, X30, ok, kz).
As can be seen on the reference image 12820.jpgThis pack specifically includes essential elements to restore the internal hydraulic pressure of your caliper: 4 main sealing cups To house the 32 mm diameter pistons (double piston system per half-shell or 4-piston caliper), as well as the Fine Section O-ring ensuring the tightness of the passage of liquid between the two blocks of the caliper.
Fabricated in an ethylene-propylene rubber (EPDM) of competition quality, these factory joints support extreme liquid temperatures without expanding or disintegrating, guaranteeing a total sealing and a perfect return of the Pistons after each braking.
Stabilizer bar fastening Front 30 mm is an original manufacturer frame accessory kit (Original Freeline / Birel Art). It is specially designed to secure, guide and lock the front torsion bar in the two rings provided for this purpose on the front tubes of the chassis
