The 2nd speed gear z16 is a high precision piece for the primary shaft of gear motors TMKART R1 and R2. This pinion is designed to support significant mechanical shocks during ultra-fast reports in competition.
Number of teeth (Z16): With its 16 teeth, it defines the specific demultiplication ratio of the second speed to optimize the tight turn output restart.
Treated steel: Made in a special high-strength steel with thermal surface treatment to limit tear from teeth and crabts.
R-Series reliability: Developed specifically for the architecture of the motors R1 and R2, guaranteeing a perfect alignment on the primary shaft.
Adjust the transmission of your karting with a millimeter precision thanks to the TM KART official box output gear. Mistress of the secondary transmission of your 125CC gearbox engine, this gear is installed directly on the box output shaft to drive the string to the rear crown.
Machined in high quality carbon steel and then subjected to heavy thermal cementation, this original gear resists traction constraints, transmission shocks when changes in reports on the fly and premature wear. Its teeth cutting at 428 guarantees ultra-fluid chain flow, limiting friction losses and ensuring you from 100% of the engine torque to the track.
Available in a wide range of teeth (from 14 to 20 teeth), it allows you to ideally calibrate your demultiplication according to the characteristics of each circuit (winding track requiring racking or quick drawing requiring high peak speed).
TM Cage piston pin For all KZ 9c - kz 10 - kzR1 engines original TM
Theplatinum flange TM Kartis the specific part necessary to firmly anchor your KZ engine to your chassis. Made of high quality aluminum directly in the factoryTM KartIn Pesaro, it ensures a rigid and reliable connection, capable of collecting the phenomenal torque of the competition engines.
Its design"Part of Origin"ensures perfect alignment with the holes of the official TM plate, thus avoiding unnecessary mechanical stresses on the engine crankcase and parasitic vibrations.
Platine moteur TM R1 rouge Tm racing. Pièce détachée pour moteur de kart.
Thisspring dooris an original TM Racing part, designed to perfectly maintain and guide locking springs within the speed selection mechanism. Indispensable to guarantee a clear and precise passage of relations, this piece ensures the connection between the spring (n°19) and the selection clicks
Guarantee a perfect lock and surgical disengagement on your high-engine thanks to the Official TM Kart Clutch Press Tray Designed for KZ-R3 Engine. Mistress transmission part, this pressure plate applies the radial strength of the springs on the stack of the stacked discs and smooth to transmit the entire power of the block R3 to the gearbox.
Machined in a high rigidity aluminum alloy, this presser tray benefits from a geometry reworked by the TM KART race service exclusively dedicated to the KZ-R3 generation. It avoids any deflection under stolen departures or on the fly passages, ensuring instant biting without residual skating. Its perfectly flat friction surface and anti-friction treatment extend the lifetime of your clutch discs and ensure absolute constancy, handle after handle.
The Racing Racing Kit Ø22mm with pierced coat 5 is a high-end set, specially designed for Karting Engines TM Racingincluding models KZR1-R2-R3, KZ10B, KZ10C, KZ10 and K9C (ES versions with electronic starter). This kit is Ideal for pilots and mechanics acknowledging optimal performancea Increased reliability and an exceptional durability for their engine.
Made with High quality materialsThis kit includes all the necessary parts to ensure a optimal functioning of the engine, even in the most demanding conditions of competitionKit connecting rod Racing Ø22mm Maneton pierce 5
Guarantee a fluid clutch control, smoothly and surgical precision thanks to the TM KART Original Clutch Needle Radial Cage. Central rotary element of the thrust stop, this thumbnail bearing allows the presser tray to turn more than 15,000 rpm without opposing resistance when the driver pulls on the lapping lever.
On the Official Exploded View (Tavola 6 - Motor Clutch KZ-R3 Total Black), this piece bears the Landmark n ° 6. Designed by the Italian factory to cash extreme rotation speeds and intense axial pressures, the radial cage ensures the junction between the fixed thrust mechanism (fungus mark 7) and the rotating part of the clutch (Presser tray Land 2). Its machining quality avoids any seizure, prevents residual skating and guarantees a direct pick on the blocks TM KZ10, KZ-R1, KZ-R2 and KZ-R3.
The TMKART rubber flange is more than just a fitting. Designed specifically for the most powerful KZ motorizations (KZ10C, R1, R2 and the new R3), it ensures the junction between the carburetor (usually dell'orto VHSH 30) and the flap box.
Its technical elastomer structure is formulated to provide sufficient rigidity in order to maintain the carburettor perfectly aligned, while maintaining a flexibility capable of absorbing high frequency vibrations. This avoids the fuel emulsion in the tank, ensuring stable carburation, even more than 15,000 rpm.
Secure the dropping system lock from your clutch bell thanks to the Special screw M7x1x12.5 mm of origin TM Kart. High strength fastening element, this m7 end-stalk screw is designed to firmly assemble the reinforcing disc (detail 11) and rubbers shock absorber on the clutch bell body.
Identified under the Detail # 12 on the exploded view n ° 2 (TM KZ clutch diagram), this mechanical screw withstands the shear and extreme vibration stresses generated by the 125cc gears motor climbs. It's a specific thread of 1.00 mm and its 12.5 mm useful length ensure perfect anchorage in the hub without risking the pink or internal parts.
Proposed in standard original monte on generations KZ10B, KZ10C, KZ-R1, KZ-R2 and KZ-R3, it is also adaptable on older models (K8 at KZ10) equipped with the update with the new cushion clutch hub.
Securely attach your housing with the screw tbce 5 x 15 tm kart (Link view 37). Specifically designed for maintaining the plastic clutch cover on TM KZ R3 engines.
