1.Tevening the chain:2 min.

Loosen the engine support or chain tensioner and remove the transmission chain from the box output gear.

2.Deposit of the old pinion:2 min.

Using a suitable circlip clamp, remove the stop clip on the end of the secondary shaft. Extract the old pinion and his washer.

3.Installation new TM pinion:2 min.

Follow the trick in Michel: Clean the flutes of the tree. Slide the original TM kart pinion (selected size from 14 to 20 teeth) on the secondary shaft and imperatively lock with a new circlip.

4.Tension and alignment:3 min.

Replace the NO 428 string, align the pinion with the rear crown, adjust the string voltage and block your engine. You are ready to make the chrono talk !
