Bring a "Use" finish to your karting while securing the most critical attachment of your chassis: the seat. "The seat is the element that transmits all the information from the chassis to the driver. If it is not fixed or the fiber starts to crack, you lose precision. My expert advice: The use of 34 mm flared washers is an obligation in competition. A standard puck too small will eventually pass through the seat due to the vibrations and weight of the pilot.
The essentials with your flared washers:
Milled head screw M8: The flared shape of the puck allows the head of the screw to fit perfectly in (absorbing mounting).
Rubber washers (silent seat blocks): Place between seat and metal support to absorb high frequency vibrations.
A little pro secret: With only 6.3 g on the scale, you strengthen your mounting without weighing your kart. This is the perfect compromise between strength and lightness. At Magickart, we love the Gold model on black chassis, it gives an immediate 'Pro' side!"
Alignment: Present your seat and mark the drilling points in 8 mm.
Insertion: Place the milled head screw in the anodized flared puck.
Headquarters side: The puck is placed inside the seat (pilot side). Its wide surface protects your combination from friction.
Lock: Use a nylstop nut on the other side of the support. Squeeze firmly but do not overwhelm the fiber.
Lightness Guarantee: Anodized aluminum offers real weight gain against steel while being more aesthetic.
Wide Choice of Colors: We have all the shades to match with Tony Kart, CRG, Birel ART or Sodi.
Availability: Sold individually or by kit, we ship your accessories the same day.
