Blue screen Z-20 FIA Series Prism

The Zamp Z-20 series visors are shields designed to fit all helmets Zamp series RZ. They are FIA approved, which makes them conform to the safety requirements of car and karting competitions regulated by the International Automobile Federation.

A 3 mm thickness, these visors offer a enhanced strength against impacts while ensuring excellent visibility. They have detachable rods for easy mounting and anti-fog coating improves visibility comfort regardless of weather conditions.

Important: The transparent film supplied with standard visors shall not not be applied to Prism visors, as this may damage the visor's specific coating.

Replacement of the Zamp Z-20 visor

Do not use electrical tools and do not tighten too much screws when mounting.

Replacement steps

1. Place a towel on a flat surface and place the helmet on top.

2. Remove pivot tensioners (small side screws).

3. Remove pivot screws (large side screws). It is recommended to use a coin to loosen/tighten.

4. Remove the visor. Clean the rubber seal and mounting area with a soft cloth.

5. Position the new visor on the helmet by checking that the two white washers are in place.

6. Screw the pivots by hand (large screws), then tighten with a piece until properly placed, without excess.

7. Screw the pivot tensioners by hand, then adjust the visor tension according to the desired movement.
