Magickart offers a wide selection of genuine Rotax parts, available in stock for fast delivery.
Since 2011, the MAX radiator with cap has been an essential part of the cooling system for Rotax Max Evo 125 cm3 karting engines. This radiator is designed to ensure optimum heat dissipation, guaranteeing maximum performance and long engine life.
Optimize the thermal regulation of your engine Rotax Max Evo or Junior with this high-performance aluminum radiator, specially designed for 2011 to 2015 models.
In karting, engine temperature management is a key factor in ensuring consistent performance and avoiding the risks of overheating. This aluminum radiator, compatible with the karts Rotax Max EVO 125 and Junior Max (models 2011 to 2015), has been developed to provide superior thermal dissipation, robustness and simplified installation.
The Radiator cap Rotax 1.0 bar is not a simple lid: it's a real discharge valve. Taré precisely to 1.0 barHe maintains the pressure cooling circuit for repelling the boiling point of the coolant (allowing the motor to exceed 100 ° C without steaming). If the pressure exceeds this threshold, the internal spring comes to let the surplus escape to the expansion tank escape.
The Radiator aeration component Rotax Max, compatible with engines Rotax Max and Rotax Max EVO from 2011, is an essential part of the karting cooling system. It allows Regulate precisely the flow of air entering the radiator to maintain a optimal engine temperature Whatever the track conditions.
Designed for radiators Rotax Max officialThis component is used in categories Senior and junior, both training and competition. It helps to avoid cooling over-cooling and improve cooling efficiency when external temperatures are high.
Thanks to its simple setting, the ventilation pane allows a Mounted on a faster temperature From the engine at the beginning of the session and better thermal control over the long or demanding races.
TheMagickart Protection Kitis designed to secure your engine Rotax (Max, Junior, DD2) when transporting, storing or cleaning your chassis. This complete kit makes it possible to seal the engine's critical inputs hermetically, thus avoiding intrusion of foreign bodies (dust, gravel, water) that could cause irreparable damage to your cylinder or lower engine.
The Water hose Rotax 18/100/45 mm is an original spare part designed to transport the coolant between the radiator, the water pump or the cylinder. Its specific bent shape allows a fluid passage of the liquid without pinching the conduit, even in the restricted spaces of the karting chassis.
TheRadiator support bracket is a specific piece of engine architecture Rotax Max. It serves as a rigid bond between the motor unit and the radiator, allowing it to remain perfectly positioned for an optimal airflow.
Designed in high strength steel, it is studied to support the weight of the liquid filled radiator as well as the important lateral forces (G) sustained in turn. Its design allows precise mounting, limiting mechanical stresses on hoses and silent-blocks.
The Anti-vibration gum Rotax (Often called rubber or silent block washer) is the buffer element between the radiator fastening tabs and the engine support or the chassis. Without this part, the high frequency vibrations of the motor are transmitted directly to the radiator aluminum, causing irreparable cracks.
The New-Line decompression tank is a versatile safety accessory designed for the management of excess karting fluids. This model is delivered ready for use with its length and mounting support.
