TheM10 crankshaft nut is a piece of high precision essential to secure the clutch (or the clutch hub depending on the model) on the silk of the crankshaft. Designed by IameThis nut is specifically designed to withstand extreme vibrations and motor diets that may exceed 15,000 rpm.
That you rout X30 (125cc)in Ka100 or in Gazelle (60cc), This nut ensures the axial pressure needed for your transmission to remain perfectly integral with the engine, guaranteeing safety and performance.
The IAME outer washer is a piece of friction and calibration at the end of crankshaft, just after the needle cage. Its role is fundamental: it ensures axial retention of the clutch bell while protecting the cage needles against lateral pressures.
Machined with a perfect flatness, it allows the bell to rotate freely without excessive play, ensuring that the clutch remains perfectly aligned with the motor output sprocket. A worn or missing washer can cause quick destruction of the needle cage or clutch lock.
