The Carter Pion 8 x 12 (ref. 229444) is a rectified cylindrical guide sleeve that is between the two half-crankcase. Its role is to ensure a Rigorous alignment two parts of the block during assembly. Without these pawns, it would be impossible to guarantee that the housings of the crankshaft bearings are perfectly face to face, which is vital for the health of your engine.
The 8x57x20 cylinder stud (ref. 940787) is a high precision threaded rod essential to secure the cylinder with the motor-casc crank. With a diameter M8, a total length of 57 mm and a threaded part of 20 mm Destined to spill in the housing, it is designed to support extreme thermal and mechanical stresses during combustion.
The Balanced rolling washer (ref. 227280) is a large diameter technical washer designed to secure the axial position of the balancing shaft bearing. Placed between the bearing and the fixing screw in the housing, it prevents any lateral displacement (translation) from the bearing during thrilling acceleration and deceleration phases, thus guaranteeing a perfect alignment of the pendulum sanding.
The Battery mounting battery D.30 / 32mm Rotax Max is the essential flange kit for mounting your battery basket on the chassis. Its universal design allows it to adapt perfectly to the most common karting frame tubes (diameter 30 mm or 32 mm), guaranteeing a stable and secure installation of your energy source.
