"Do not make the mistake of forgetting it! It is often dismantled to take out the bearing and sometimes ends up hidden under a cloth. If you do not put it back, your rolling ride will walk from left to right in the crankcase. Result? Your sprockets of pendulum (those plastic) will work through and you will turn them into confetti in less than two towers! My advice: Check that it is not marked or 'dug' by the old screw. If it is distorted, change it, it costs anything compared to a kit of New gears!"

🎓 TUTO: assembly and precautions

1. Mounting order: The bearing is inserted first in the crankcase, then the holding washer comes to appear against him.

2. Tightening: Use the Fillet brake (Loctite blue type) On the screw that keeps this washer. If the screw is loosen, it will fall directly into the sandy ... and there is the assured carnage.

3. Meaning: Make sure the washer is perfectly flat against the bearing before tightening.

4. Inspection: During each revision of the gnattern, check that the washer has no suspect friction traces, which would indicate a bearing that starts to turn in its housing.
