Hinge element located at the outlet of the cylinder, this machined steel collector determines the chord of the acoustic waves and the gas evacuation dynamics of your 6-speed block 125cc.
Developed by the Italian Manufacture Race TM Kart, the declination Special of 30.5 mm is characterized by a specific dimension that allows to extend and expand the first exhaust cone. This profile is ideal for strengthening the engine response when re-offecers in slow turns and offering maximum pins. Specifically designed for generations KZ10C, KZ-R1, KZ-R2 and the latest KZ-R3, she is also perfectly adaptable on previous KZ10 and KZ10B engines. Its original manufacture guarantees surgical alignment with the exhaust light of the cylinder and absolute resistance to the strong thermal stresses.
Protect your transmission against jersey and extend the life of your clutch bell thanks to TM Kart (new version Puck F.8). Calibration and rigidification piece essential, this shock absorber plate is attached to the clutch bell body to absorb the torque shocks to the gases.
Identified under the Detail 11 on the exploded view n ° 2 (TM KZ clutch diagram), this reinforcing disc in its "puck f.8" modernized version has an ultra-precise machined cut and reinforced heat treatment. It ensures excellent cohesion with primary sandy and limits the parasitic friction, ensuring a fluid transmission of power over all generations of TM engines with gearbox, From mythical K8 to the latest KZ-R3
Guarantee fluid and friction-free operation to your disengagement through the Original TM Kart Clutch Support Washer. Precision element Inserted in the core of the thrust mechanism, this treated steel washer provides a perfectly flat and ultra-harden rolling track for needle abutment bearing.
On the Official Exploded View (Tavola 6 - Motor Clutch KZ-R3 Total Black), this piece bears the Landmark n ° 5. Designed by TM KART to withstand repeated axial forces during disengages, it avoids that the needle cage (marker 6) does not come to mark or dig the aluminum of the presser tray (marker 2) or the push fungus (Landmark 7). Its thick precision guarantees a perfect alignment of the control and a constant guard to the lever on all engines TM KZ10, KZ-R1, KZ-R2 and KZ-R3.
