1️⃣ Preparation : Place a towel on a flat surface and place the helmet on it.
2️⃣ Removing the pivot tensioners : Unscrew the smallest screw located on the sides of the shield.
3️⃣ Removing the pivot screws : Unscrew the larger screws using a coin to avoid damaging the threads.
4️⃣ Shield Removal : Clean the rubber gasket and visor mounting area before installing the new shield.
5️⃣ Installation of the new screen : Check the presence of the white washers between the visor and the helmet before screwing them back on.
6️⃣ Fixing the pivot screws : Screw in by hand, then adjust with a coin to obtain a good hold without overtightening.
7️⃣ Adjusting the pivot tensioners : Screw them in to adjust the desired tension of the visor movement.
⚠ Important note : For Prism visors, do not leave the transparent protective film (provided on standard visors) in place. This could damage the special coating of the visor.
