Protect and finalize the assembly of your transmission with the Cover plastic black clutch TM R3. Specific original room (Caution: Not compatible with TM KZ R2 and previous models).
Offer the summum of the performance and finish "Factory" to your transmission thanks to the Official Clutch Press Tray TM Kart KZ-R3 in Total Black Finish. Designed specifically to complement the factory driver series of the Italian brand, this black pressure plate combines a neat aesthetic with absolute mechanical rigidity.
CNC machined in the TM Kart workshops, this presser board is Strictly reserved for KZ-R3 generation. It applies in a perfectly uniform manner the pressure of the clutch springs on the stack of the discs garnished and smooth. Its high-strength black anodization (total black) provides increased protection against corrosion, premature wear and clutch dust deposits, ensuring net lapping, start-up biting and constant endurance. Along the final.
Keep the aesthetics factory and the rigidity of your high-engine thanks to theOriginal TM KART CH12 Nut Black M8. Specially treated with a high strength black finish (Total), this reinforced nut ensures the locking of your cylinder on the motor housings while bringing a neat aesthetic touch on the blocks TM KZ-R2 and KZ-R3.
On the Official Exploded View (Tavola 1 - Cylinder and Engine Head KZ-R3 / R2), this nut carries the Landmark n ° 20. Its design with enlarged monobloc base (flange) is used to distribute the clamping load in a perfectly uniform manner on the range of the cylinder (marker 12), avoiding any risk of deformation of the nicasil shirt during the application of the torque.. Footprint CH12 (12 mm key) Offers an excellent grip for your torque tools during revision operations.
Boite à clapets complète KZ10 TM PMTM20082 (1) Tm racing. Pièce du système d'admission et d'alimentation du moteur.
Maximize the ignition efficiency and power of your engine thanks to the bougie BRISK SILVER L08S ignition. Specially developed for the extreme requirements of motorsport and competition karting, this bougie is a real reference for exploiting all the potential of the trademark engines Tm kart (Categories KZ with gearbox and monovynesses).
Its peculiarity lies in the use of a Central electrode in pure silver. Money is the best electricity and heat conductor of all metals (even exceeding platinum and iridium). This property allows the BRISK L08S to deliver a spark of a remarkable energy with a lower voltage, while dissipating the heat accumulated in the high speed combustion chamber. This results in a faster flame start, a more homogeneous combustion of the air / gas mixture and an extremely frank accelerator response throughout the range of use of your TM block (KZ10 to the latest KZ-R3).
The slats of 0.33 mm carbon valves "T + I" are high-tech pieces specifically developed for the engines of the range TMKART (KZ10, KZ10B, KZ10C, R1, R2). The name "T + I" corresponds to a cut and an orientation of the optimized carbon fibers for the original TM valve box.
With a thickness of 0.33 mmThese valves offer the perfect compromise: quite rigid to avoid the phenomenon of "fading" (parasitic vibrations) at high speed, but flexible enough to guarantee an instant opening from the low regimes. The result? A more frank acceleration at curve output and a preserved motor extension.
Secure the command of your clutch thanks to the Outdoor shutdown circlips A10x1 mm original TM KART. Small but indispensable mechanical retainer, this elastic ring ensures the axial setting of the thrust system (stopping and disengagement) on the pressure tray of your 125cc gearbox engine.
Coming directly from the TM Kart workshops, this circlips responds to the A10X1 mechanical standard (designed to stay in the groove of a 10 mm diameter axis with a thickness of 1 mm). It guarantees perfect resistance to repeated axial thrust stresses during rapid disengaging and passages at high speed. Its high quality spring steel retains all its elasticity over time, avoiding any risk of escaking in the race in your block TM KZ-R1, KZ-R2 or KZ-R3.
Guarantee the lock and security of your transmission with the Circlips Ø35 mm for secondary gear TM Kart. An indispensable security piece to keep the box elements in position.
The Ø 20 mm circlips (landmark 33 On exploded TM Racing views) is designed to secure the box output gear on the secondary shaft. Its function is simple: prevent the gear from moving laterally or to detach from the vibration and changes in brutal reports.
Secure the lock of your transmission with a valuable weight gain on the rotating masses thanks to theClutch nut in an official black black tm kart (ref 18tm49057.2). Cut in the mass in a high strength aluminum alloy (Ergal 7075 T6), this central nut guarantees a perfect maintenance of your clutch nut on the primary box of box.
On the official technique pattern of the clutch assembly, this original nut enjoys a reworked geometry to adapt to the latest evolution of TM Kart transmissions. Treated with a superb Black Anodizing (Total Black)It offers increased thermal and mechanical resistance to clamping stresses and temperature variations. Its lightweight design reduces inertia on the primary tree, promoting even more frank climbing.
⚠️ Important - Compatibility Mounting:
Optimize the transmission of your engine with the Clutch wreath 70 teeth TM R3. Specific original room (Caution: Not compatible with TM KZ R2 and previous models).
Offer a surgical mordant at the start and an endurance foolproof for your transmission thanks to the TM Kart Garnished Clutch Disk Specially Developed For KZ-R3 Engine. Key element of the friction package of your transmission 125cc high-engine, this stacking disc ensures the direct connection between the bell and the smooth steel disks.
Designed with a generation-specific generation of generation generation friction material, this stained disc resists the extreme temperatures generated during skating on departure and during load passages under full load. It guarantees a clear, constant and without fading handle after handle.
Secure the lock of your transmission while reducing the masses in rotation thanks to theClutch nut in Ergal origin TM KART. Cut in the mass in an aluminum alloy with very high mechanical strength (Ergal 7075 T6), this central nut guarantees an absolute maintenance of your clutch nut on the primary gearbox shaft.
Presented under the View 3 (marker 26) On the technical scheme of the TM Kart KZ-R3 clutch, this original nut enjoys a reworked geometry to adapt to the last evolution of Italian transmissions. Its Ergal design allows a valuable weight gain compared to a conventional steel nut, which decreases the inertia on the primary tree and promotes even more brighter and frank climbs.
The Ignition coil PVL 105-458 is a essential component To guarantee a optimal ignition And some maximum performance to your Kart engine. Designed for trigger a powerful and regular spark, this coil is Compatible with the majority of kart engines equipped with a PVL ignition system, with the exception of KF engines.
Specially adapted to Motors TM Kart R1 and R2the Reel PVL 105-458 is a wise choice for pilots and mechanics looking for Reliability, power and durability On the track.
Adjust the compression ratio and the dynamic behavior of your gearbox engine with the Combustion chamber (cylinder head dome) origin TM Kart for KZ-R2 and KZ-R3 engines. Key element of the high motor, the profile of this dome directly determines the volume of the chamber, the height of SQUISH and the combustion speed of the air / gas mixture.
CNC machined with micrometric precision in the workshops of the Italian factory TM Kart, this room guarantees optimal thermal dissipation and a perfect centering in your cylinder head. Proposed in different variations ranging from 3.3 to 3.6, it adapts both on the block Kz-r2 only on the last Kz-r3. It allows you to change your motorization according to your needs: lower dimensions (3.3 / 3.4) To promote explosion, couple and slow turn output, up to higher ratings (3.5 / 3.6To release the top plans, offer an exceptional straight line and prevent the risk of hot weather detonation.
