The rear wheel hub OTK Magnesium (92 mm) is one of the most influential components on the behaviour of your rear gear. Made of high quality magnesium, it offers superior thermal dissipation to aluminum and a reduced weight, allowing the tire to work more consistently throughout a handle.

"The choice of hub length is your first adjustment lever. My expert advice: The 92 mm hub is the standard mount at Tony Kart. It offers the 'grip' needed for European tracks. If you feel that your kart 'saute' too much in turn, it is often the sign that you have to pass on this model of magnesium rather than aluminum.
The indispensables with your hub OTK :
Magnesium MXC or MXJ wheels: For a perfect combo in terms of tyre temperature management.
Shaft clavets 8 mm: Check the condition of your locks to avoid any mechanical play.
Copper fat: Apply a thin layer to the 50 mm shaft before mounting to facilitate future rear-track settings.

Positioning: Drag the hub and align the keyboard.
Lock: Use a dynamometer key if possible. Magnesium must not be tightened 'to death' to avoid cracking the collar.
