Thepiston segment IS2 54/49,4 x 1 mmis designed to ensure optimum sealing between the piston and cylinder liner. Essential to the high engine, it guarantees good compression, constant performance and efficient combustion.
Made with high-strength materials, it offers excellent heat and wear resistance, even under conditions of intensive use in karting competition.
The Pendulum Rotax Max 50 teeth is a precision piece located behind the clutch housing. It ensures the perfect synchronization between the crankshaft and the balancing tree. Its role is to cancel the first-order vibrations generated by the movement of the piston, thus ensuring a fluid motor operation and protecting all the peripheral components.
The Sliding gear 27 teeth made of white plastic is a piece of transmission of origin manufacturer (Original Rotax Racing). This technical gear settles inside the bas-engine to ensure the synchronized connection between the crankshaft and the balancing tree (pendulum) on all the engines of the range Rotax 125 Max (Junior, Senior, Master, DD2).
Designed in high-density white technical plastic lubricated by box oil, this gear fills an essential mechanical shock absorber role. The use of the polymer makes it possible to significantly reduce the operating noise of the motor and absorb high speed transmission micro-shocks, thus protecting the movable crew of the spurious vibrations. With its 27 teeth Perfectly calibrated, it guarantees a balancing distribution timing of absolute accuracy.
The19 plastic tooth drive pinionis a safety and central transmission part for engines Rotax FR125 Max (Senior, Junior, Master). Located behind the clutch, it provides the connection between the crankshaft and the pinions of the water pump and oil pump.
The 10.1x17x1 Calibration Washer (ref. 227280) is a technical washer used primarily at the water pump axis and internal engines of engines Rotax. Its precise dimensions (10.1 mm inner diameter, 17 mm outdoor and 1 mm thick) Adjust the lateral gap of the gears, thus avoiding excessive friction or parasitic movements that could damage the housings.
The Pion of water pump pinion (D4 x 15.8 mm) is the mechanical link axis that crosses the water pump shaft to secure the drive sprocket. With its diameter of 4 mm and its precise length of 15.8 mmHe acts as a transmission pin. It is he who physically transmits the rotary motion of the bottom motor to the propeller of the water pump.
Thewater pump sprocket 16 teethis the final part that directly drives the cooling turbine. Fixed on the water pump shaft, it receives the force of the intermediate pinion to circulate the liquid throughout the engine block.
Its accuracy is vital: a broken tooth or severe wear reduces the flow of liquid, resulting in an immediate temperature rise and a loss of performance (loss of horses) from the first minutes of driving.
The 19 teeth water pump primary sprocket (ref. 235725) is located inside the motor housing, mounted on the transmission shaft. Its role is to cause the sprockets of the water pump to ensure a constant circulation of the coolant in the cylinder and the cylinder head. Without a perfect workout, the pump stops and the engine overheats in seconds.
The BTR M6x25mm screw (or chc - hollow hex cylindrical screw) is one of the most used hardware on the engines Rotax. Its length of 25 mm and its thread M6 Make it a versatile screw, mainly used for the assembly of the housings, to the attachment of certain periphery accessories or the maintenance of internal components depending on the version of your engine.

Optimize the performance of your karting engine with the Bielle Kit Rotax Max Complete Origin. This high quality kit is designed to ensure exceptional reliability and durability, allowing you to make the most of your engine on the track.
The Depression Rotax Max (ref. 250525) is the metal fitting screwed directly on the engine crankcase. It serves as a connection point for the hose that connects the lower motor to the diaphragm pump. It is she who transmits the internal pressure variations of the motor to "beat" the pump and send the fuel to the carburetor.
Discover our complete pocket for engine Rotax EVO, specially designed for karting enthusiasts looking for performance and reliability. This pocket is compatible with a wide range of engines Rotax, including Micro Max, Mini Max, Junior and Max (Senior) models. Whether you are an amateur or professional driver, this clutch offers everything you need to perform a complete review of your engine.

Specifically developed for the lubrication of ball, roller bearings and levels subjected to moderate to high stress, this high-quality fat guarantees optimal protection against wear and corrosion in competition or leisure environment.
Thetraining lid Rotax MAX EVO blackis a gear protection housing designed for motors Rotax from the MAX range. Made inhigh strength aluminium, it effectively protects the drive system (balance sprocket and internal gears) while ensuring excellent thermal dissipation.
TheMagickart Protection Kitis designed to secure your engine Rotax (Max, Junior, DD2) when transporting, storing or cleaning your chassis. This complete kit makes it possible to seal the engine's critical inputs hermetically, thus avoiding intrusion of foreign bodies (dust, gravel, water) that could cause irreparable damage to your cylinder or lower engine.
Suitable for any type of piston because it is equipped with an adapter for the different piston axes of 12 - 14 - 15 - 16 mm.
Conditioned in a beautiful and practical aluminum lift.
The special Squish wire squeth Ø2mm is essential to set the squish on the 2-stroke engines. This setting optimizes the compression and performance of the engine. A poorly set squish can result in piston holes or loss of performance. The process requires a tin thread, a slide foot, shims, and patience to mount and disassemble the high engine. Follow the jacks, measurement, and squish setting steps for optimal performance.
