Thepiston segment IS2 54/49,4 x 1 mmis designed to ensure optimum sealing between the piston and cylinder liner. Essential to the high engine, it guarantees good compression, constant performance and efficient combustion.
Made with high-strength materials, it offers excellent heat and wear resistance, even under conditions of intensive use in karting competition.
The 19 teeth water pump primary sprocket (ref. 235725) is located inside the motor housing, mounted on the transmission shaft. Its role is to cause the sprockets of the water pump to ensure a constant circulation of the coolant in the cylinder and the cylinder head. Without a perfect workout, the pump stops and the engine overheats in seconds.
The Pion of water pump pinion (D4 x 15.8 mm) is the mechanical link axis that crosses the water pump shaft to secure the drive sprocket. With its diameter of 4 mm and its precise length of 15.8 mmHe acts as a transmission pin. It is he who physically transmits the rotary motion of the bottom motor to the propeller of the water pump.
Since 2011, the MAX radiator with cap has been an essential part of the cooling system for Rotax Max Evo 125 cm3 karting engines. This radiator is designed to ensure optimum heat dissipation, guaranteeing maximum performance and long engine life.
TheMagickart Protection Kitis designed to secure your engine Rotax (Max, Junior, DD2) when transporting, storing or cleaning your chassis. This complete kit makes it possible to seal the engine's critical inputs hermetically, thus avoiding intrusion of foreign bodies (dust, gravel, water) that could cause irreparable damage to your cylinder or lower engine.
Rotax Circular spring of membrane 134x3,0x0.65mm
Système pare-choc arrière RTPS complet DD2 ROTAX. Pièce ou accessoire pour karting.
The Starter return (ref. 251552), often called "Bendix", is a complex mechanical assembly consisting of a mobile pinion on a helical axis. Its role is to project forward under the effect of centrifugal force to cross the start-wreath. Once the engine is launched, the return spring the retracts the retracts to prevent contact with the motor. It is a high precision piece that undergoes important shocks at each start-up.
The Right water fitting (ref. 224094) is the threaded tip that attaches directly to the motor housing to allow the cooling hose connection. Made of treated steel or brass according to the series, it ensures a passage of constant flow to the water pump. Its "right" design is standard on the majority of montages Rotax To facilitate the path of the hoses along the chassis.

The 2014 Rotax Exhaust Rotube (Pipe) is an essential part of the MAX motor exhaust system. It looks between the cylinder and the exhaust pot while allowing controlled flexibility to absorb the motor vibration.
Designed according to the manufacturer specifications, it guarantees precise mounting, a perfect sealing and optimal operation in competition as in training.
The cylinder head cap Rotax 10 mm (engraved 1.8 torque) is a spare part of origin manufacturer (Original Rotax Racing). It is designed to tightly seal one of the threaded cylinder head orifices (cylinder cover) on all the engines of the range Rotax 125 Max (Micro, Mini, Junior, Max Senior, Max Master and DD2).
Machined according to strict micrometric tolerances, this brass plug or high strength alloy has a thread of 10 mm. Its flat head includes plant engraving "1.8 Torque", indicating the pilots and mechanics the regulatory torque recommended by the plant (1.8 N · m) not to damage the aluminum thread of the cylinder head. This plug ensures absolute sealing of the liquid cooling circuit, avoiding any pressure drop or heat transfer leak at high speed.
The Rotax Max Evo engine is distinguished by its power, thanks to the VHSB "XS" carburettor and its electronic exhaust valve. It is also perfect for leisure, offering spaced maintenance and very easy use.
Thewater pump sprocket 16 teethis the final part that directly drives the cooling turbine. Fixed on the water pump shaft, it receives the force of the intermediate pinion to circulate the liquid throughout the engine block.
Its accuracy is vital: a broken tooth or severe wear reduces the flow of liquid, resulting in an immediate temperature rise and a loss of performance (loss of horses) from the first minutes of driving.
Rotax Complete exhaust pot and silencer 2015 DD2
Master the transmission and balancing of your competition engine with the 50-teeth pendulum gear of original BRP Rotaxspecially designed for engines Rotax 125 Max DD2 (Generation 2020 and recent).
The piston with original band Rotax is an essential component for engines Rotaxdesigned to provide optimal performance and exceptional durability. This piston is suitable for multiple engine models Rotax, including the Rotax Micro max, Rotax Mini max, Rotax Junior, and Rotax Max (senior). Fabricated Rotax, a brand recognized for its quality and innovation in the karting world, this piston is ideal for demanding drivers looking for reliable and efficient solutions for their karting engines. In addition, Magickart offers this piston at a more competitive price than that of French and Italian competition, allowing you to benefit from the best quality at the best price.
The BTR M6x25mm screw (or chc - hollow hex cylindrical screw) is one of the most used hardware on the engines Rotax. Its length of 25 mm and its thread M6 Make it a versatile screw, mainly used for the assembly of the housings, to the attachment of certain periphery accessories or the maintenance of internal components depending on the version of your engine.
The Radiator cap Rotax 1.0 bar is not a simple lid: it's a real discharge valve. Taré precisely to 1.0 barHe maintains the pressure cooling circuit for repelling the boiling point of the coolant (allowing the motor to exceed 100 ° C without steaming). If the pressure exceeds this threshold, the internal spring comes to let the surplus escape to the expansion tank escape.
The Ø20 DIN443 cap (ref. 240182) is a metal closure plug with forced fit. Used on motor housings RotaxIt makes it possible to seal the machining orifices or foundry access which are not used after manufacture. Its design according to the norm Din443 Guarantees a perfect sealing to the projections of oil and dust, while offering a neat finish in the engine block.
