X30 IAME reed valve for karting engines
The Carbon valves top (Sold per pair) are designed for motorizations Iame the most demanding. By replacing standard valves by these high quality carbon models, you optimize the intake cycle of your engine. Their calibrated thickness between 0.24 mm and 0.25 mm Offers the perfect compromise between low-speed flexibility and rigidity needed for senior regimes.
The Iame x30 air box (Post-2018 version) is the official evolution intended for the Senior category. Designed to optimize the intake flow, it is delivered complete with its internal sleeve and its filter element. This box has been developed to operate in perfect synergy with the latest engineering engine developments, including the carburetor Tillotson HW-27A and the exhaust monobloc.
Secure the imposing amount of intake of your 125cc engine thanks to the Official plastic support for Iame X30 air box (generation 2018+). This original complete set is the essential structure piece for firmly holding the air filter housing above the carburetor, while absorbing the massive vibrations generated at high speed.
Developed by the Italian manufacturer during the technical evolution of category X30 in 2018, this support adopts an ergonomic form perfectly marrying the curve of the original air box. Made in a synthetic plastic that is both flexible and ultra-resistant, it displays a Feather weight of only 40 grams In order not to weigh down your engine support.
The kit comes complete and ready to install: it includes the rigid support, the Elastic holding strapas well as 2 O-rings sealing seals. These specific joints are essential to lock and stabilize the body of the intake muffler while ensuring the quick attachment of your rain cover in case of capricious weather.
The Iame air box foam is specially designed to fit the internal sleeve of X30 air boxes (including post-2018 models). Its role is vital: filter the incoming air without curbing the flow required for performance. It retains dust particles, gum debris (pick-up) and moisture, ensuring that only a pure air enters your Tillotson carburetor.
The IAME flavor box seal (format 90mm) is the element that ensures the airtight junction between the motor housing and the flap box. On a high-performance 2--time engine such as X30 or KA100, the slightest leak at this level (air intake) can make the carburetor adjustment impossible and cause a motor tightening risk by impoverishment of the mixture.
The Full flavor box iame is the organ that regulates the entrance to the air-petrol mixture in the low engine. This set includes the box holder (pyramid), high quality fiberglass flaps, stops and fixing hardware. Designed specifically for IAME engines, it ensures total sealing in compression phase and maximum opening when admitting for optimal cylinder filling.
The Complete flap box with carbon flaps is designed for karting engines IME X30 and Ka100. Key element of the intake system, it allows to regulate the air-fuel flow entering the engine to optimize the response to acceleration and overall performance.
TheX30 / KA100 valve mounting screws(mark #171 on the broken view of the X30 and #70 on the KA100) is asmall specific screwused forhold the valve boxon the engine crankcase. It ensures the strength of the fixing while guaranteeing thesealing of intake flowbetween the crankcase and the block valves.
The game of 0.30 mm fiber valves is the standard for motorizations Iame. Unlike carbon which is more rigid, the fiberglass in 0.30 mm offers excellent reactivity to the opening, which greatly promotes the Couple at low and mid-speed. It is the ideal choice for winding tracks where the turn output revival is crucial, or for pilots seeking a more stable and less sensitive carburation.
Make a perfect seal for admission of your engine thanks to Original IME valve box cover (size 90 mm, reference 71). Developed by the Italian manufacturer for its competition blocks Iame x30, ka100 and top kartThis precision joint comes to interculate between the flap box and its lid / intake pipe.
Made in a material resistant to the corrosive action of fuel (SP98, alkylate) and 2T competitive oil, it does not disintegrate under the effect of deposits or heating cycles. Its factory cutting a millimeter guarantees a perfect alignment with the air flow conduits, avoiding any disturbance or flange on the gaseous vein.
The Valve box cover (or intake conveyor) of 29 mm is the major technical evolution of the X30 engines since 2018. Located between the carburetor and the pyramid of valves, its role is to "guide" the vein gas aerodynamically. Its 29 mm inner conduit is perfectly aligned with the new carburetors, eliminating turbulence for more frank acceleration and maximum engine fill.
Lid valve box (conveyor 27 mm) x30 av.2017
Go to the new official configuration! This29 mm valve box lid, recognisable by its colorblue, is the essential update for IAME X30 engines from 2024 onwards.
Designed by the competition department of IAME, this conveyor optimizes the gas flow entering the engine. By increasing the internal diameter to 29 mm, it allows more efficient crankcase filling, resulting in a significant improvement in torque and high speed power.
The Carburettor gasket 29 mm is specifically designed for post-2018 engine developments. It is placed between the carburetor body (usually the Tillotson HW-27A) and the admission flange. Its internal diameter of 29 mm is perfectly calibrated for not obstructing the passage of the gases and avoid any turbulence, thus guaranteeing a flow of laminar air and an instant engine response.
The 6x30mm valve box stud is a crucial technical scraper for IME X30 engine. Unlike a conventional screw, the stud remains fixed in the housing, which preserves the threads of aluminum during frequent disassemblies for cleaning the carburetor or checking valves. With a length of 30 mm and a diameter of 6 mm (M6)It allows a perfect maintenance of the combo valve box + admission conveyor.
The Iame X30 rain protection is a technical cover designed to fit perfectly on the admission trumpets of your air box. Its role is strategic: deflecting the projections of water from the running track and rain to prevent the engine from "drowning" or undergo a case by hydraulic shock. Decorated Official Logo Iame X30She combines technical usefulness and "racing" look.
