The valve cover (official reference Rotax : 251252) Fills several crucial technical roles:
Superior Expansion Chamber: It creates the space required for vertical displacement of the piston and the membrane. Once screwed on the valve body, it tightly closes the system to allow the pneumatic pressure to act.
Setting support: The top of the hood is threaded to accommodate the screw or adjustment wheel. It is by taking on this cover that you compress the support spring to adjust the triggering of the valve.
Mechanical protection: It isolates the precision mechanism of external projections (dust, tire gum, water splashes) and potential shocks during mechanical manipulations.
High performance material: Designed in a reinforced technical polymer, it is studied not to deform under the effect of the radiant heat of the exhaust.
"Attention to the tightening! The hood attaches with two screws on the valve body. Do not tighten as a deaf: if you will deform the hood's base, you will create a micro-air leak and your valve will never go upstairs. My advice: Check also that the thread on the top is not messed up. If the adjustment wheel moves alone with the vibrations, your engine will be unstable!"
Positioning: Before setting the hood, make sure the spring and piston are centrally centered. The hood must naturally down until the body's contact.
Uniform tightening: Screw the two mounting screws alternately to crush the membrane symmetrically.
Sealing test: Once the hood is mounted, screw the adjustment knob. If you hear an air whistling by manually pumping on the valve, the hood is misplaced or the seal is pinched.
Cleaning: When disassembling, clean the inside of the cover to remove the traces of oily condensation. A clean interior guarantees that the piston slides without any friction.
piston TM Racing 10085 Represents the elite of engine technology for KZ categories. Designed specifically for the last generations of engines (KZ10C until R2), this model to Flat sky (zero degrees) is the absolute weapon to optimize combustion. Equipped with a Eightened segment of 0.8 mmIt drastically reduces internal friction, releasing more power at high speed.
The Valve box cover (or intake conveyor) of 29 mm is the major technical evolution of the X30 engines since 2018. Located between the carburetor and the pyramid of valves, its role is to "guide" the vein gas aerodynamically. Its 29 mm inner conduit is perfectly aligned with the new carburetors, eliminating turbulence for more frank acceleration and maximum engine fill.
The game of 0.30 mm fiber valves is the standard for motorizations Iame. Unlike carbon which is more rigid, the fiberglass in 0.30 mm offers excellent reactivity to the opening, which greatly promotes the Couple at low and mid-speed. It is the ideal choice for winding tracks where the turn output revival is crucial, or for pilots seeking a more stable and less sensitive carburation.
The Complete flap box with carbon flaps is designed for karting engines IME X30 and Ka100. Key element of the intake system, it allows to regulate the air-fuel flow entering the engine to optimize the response to acceleration and overall performance.

The Full flavor box iame is the organ that regulates the entrance to the air-petrol mixture in the low engine. This set includes the box holder (pyramid), high quality fiberglass flaps, stops and fixing hardware. Designed specifically for IAME engines, it ensures total sealing in compression phase and maximum opening when admitting for optimal cylinder filling.
The Full crankcase Rotax black (ref. 296161) Represents the internal chassis of your engine. Designed for versions Evo and the models produced after 2014, this pair of housings (right side and left side) has a high-strength black surface treatment. They are machined together in the factory to ensure perfect crankshaft alignment and transmission shafts, thus ensuring optimal performance and increased longevity.
The Exhaust valve cover Is the upper black housing that seals the entire valve system. It serves both protection for internal elements (piston, membrane, spring) and support point for the adjustment knob. It is an essential part to maintain the tightness and allow the proper functioning of the pneumatic mechanism.
