Maximize the ignition efficiency and power of your engine thanks to the bougie BRISK SILVER L08S ignition. Specially developed for the extreme requirements of motorsport and competition karting, this bougie is a real reference for exploiting all the potential of the trademark engines Tm kart (Categories KZ with gearbox and monovynesses).

Its peculiarity lies in the use of a Central electrode in pure silver. Money is the best electricity and heat conductor of all metals (even exceeding platinum and iridium). This property allows the BRISK L08S to deliver a spark of a remarkable energy with a lower voltage, while dissipating the heat accumulated in the high speed combustion chamber. This results in a faster flame start, a more homogeneous combustion of the air / gas mixture and an extremely frank accelerator response throughout the range of use of your TM block (KZ10 to the latest KZ-R3).

The Cylinder head gasket (Often called internal O-ring) is housed in the throat between the combustion dome and the cylinder (or cylinder head cover according to the versions). Its role is double and crucial:

1. Watertight to combustion: Prevent the gas burned under high pressure escape to the cooling circuit.

2. Liquid sealing: Prevent cooling water from seeping into the combustion chamber.

Made in Viton or high temperature polymer, it is designed to maintain its elastic properties despite extreme thermal cycles of the engine Kz-r1 / r2.

(8) Copper seal

The Copper cylinder head gasket 0.03 mm is a piece of mechanical goldsmith. Intended for the most advanced competition settings, it adjusts the squish At its limit value when standard thicknesses (0.10 or 0.05 mm) are too important for the desired room volume.

At this thickness, the seal acts almost as a direct contact interface, offering the best possible thermal conductivity between the cylinder and the cylinder head dome.2 0.03

The Copper cylinder head gasket 0.05 mm is the finest thickness available for engines TM KZ-R2- R3. In a competition motor as the KZ, every hundredth of a millimeter count. This seal makes it possible to adjust with surgical precision your squish (Height between the piston and the cylinder head at the high-standing point) to optimize the combustion without risking the detonation.

The choice of copper guarantees excellent thermal conductivity between the cylinder and the cylinder head dome, thus promoting a homogeneous cooling.

The Copper cylinder head gasket 0.10 mm is probably the most used thickness by KZ drivers. It is the ideal adjustment base for the engine Tmkart kz-r2. This seal makes it possible to obtain a powerful volumetric ratio while maintaining a necessary thermal safety margin during the disputed finals.

Thanks to its pure copper composition, it provides ultra-fast heat transfer to the cooling circuit, thus avoiding the phenomena of detonation (rattling) that often occur with joints of less good quality.rt

The Copper cylinder head gasket 0.20 mm is the thickness "comfort" and safety for engines TMKART KZ-R2-R3. In the quest for performance, this seal is used by drivers and mechanics to increase the height of squish (Space between the piston and the cylinder head) to make the engine more flexible or to compensate for a new "high" piston.

Copper is preferred in competition because it ensures a Exceptional thermal dissipation, transferring the calories from the combustion chamber to the cooling circuit with efficiency much greater than the conventional joints.

The internal cylinder head is the most demanded element of your high engine. Located at the point of contact between the cylinder head dome (insert) and the cylinder, it has the critical role of sealing the combustion chamber.

This seal in Viton High Performance is the standard for the entire line of TM Racing competition engines, including the last born: the TM R3. It must withstand colossal pressures and extreme burned gas temperatures. A seal in perfect condition is the only guarantee of constant motor power and protection against coolant intrusion into the cylinder.

The 310 mm base gasket is a fundamental technical piece for the preparation of your engine Kz10b. Unlike the cylinder head gasket that can only affect the compression, the base gasket changes the cylinder position with respect to the crankshaft.

At 0.10 mm, this seal is ideal for stalking your diagrams (opening of intake and exhaust lights) with extreme finesse. It is often used alone or stacked with other thicknesses to reach the value of squish and the perfect opening times.

The 320 mm base gasket is the thickness "pivot" for any engine mechanic. Thicker than the 0.10 mm, it makes it possible to substantially raise the cylinder to release the high regimes by increasing the opening diagrams.

This seal is designed to fit perfectly to the casings of the competition line Kz10b, r1, r2 and brand new r3. Its manufacturing quality guarantees perfect sealing at the base of the cylinder, critical point to avoid any air intake that could deplete your carburation

The 0.30 mm base gasket is an important thickness in the adjustment range Tmkart. By raising the three tenths cylinder, you move the opening times of your transfers and your exhaust light up.

This is the privileged setting for fast circuits with long straight lines because it allows the engine to "better breathe" in the towers. This seal is perfectly compatible with the entire line of gear motors: KZ10B, R1, R2 and the new R3

The 340 mm base gasket is one of the most important thicknesses of the range Tmkart. It is mainly used in two scenarios:

1. Adjusting extreme diagrams: For motorists wishing to raise the cylinder to the maximum in order to privilege the pure power at very high speed.

2. Mechanical compensation: To adjust the cylinder height when using pistons or specific connecting rods whose odds are moving away from the factory standard.

This seal is designed with a precision cut compatible with the entire lineage Kz10b, r1, r2 and brand new r3.

The Base gasket 0.50 mm is a centerpiece for motorists. It is mainly used to:

1. Adjusting the rod: Essential when using longer rods or pistons with a different cap height of the standard.

2. "Fast track" diagrams: Allows you to raise the cylinder significantly to maximize the opening times of transfers, ideal for "long straight" type circuits.

3. Carter volume: Increasing the thickness to the base increases the dead volume of the bas-engine, which can make the engine less "nervous" and more progressive on low adhesion tracks.

The Four-hole exhaust seal Provides the critical link between the cylinder exhaust light and the flange (or the collector). On a 2-time competition engine like the Tmkart, the slightest leak at this level disrupts the return wave of the exhaust jar, resulting in an immediate loss of torque and the callamine projections on the bottom of the motor.

The Exhaust manifold D2 (2-sprink flange) is the strategic link between your cylinder and your exhaust system. Designed to meet growing gas flows of new engines, this flange has become the standard for the entire venting engine line Tmkart.

That you rout with a legendary Kz10b or with the last generation blocks R1, R2 or the brand new R3This collector guarantees perfect alignment of the conduit for fluid evacuation and without losses of burned gases.
