The Crankshaft spy seal 28x38x7mm fpj (ref. 650480) is a high-tech component designed to seal the low engine at the crankshaft silks. His contact lip is manufactured in Teflon (PTFE), a material offering exceptional thermal resistance and an extremely low friction coefficient. This is the standard used on the engines Rotax Evo To maximize power while ensuring perfectly air seal and mixture.

The Crankshaft spy seal 25x38x7mm fpj (ref. 650485) is specially designed for the right side of the engine (clutch side). Smaller than his peer side ignition, he seals between the pump housing and the oil pan of the gorgeous. His technology FPJ in Teflon Guarantees exceptional heat resistance and drastically reduces friction on the silk of the crankshaft, thus releasing more power at the wheel.

The FAG 6206 crankshaft bearing (ref. 932434) is the component that supports the colossal efforts of the high speed engine (more than 14,000 rpm). Fabricated Fag, world leader in precision bearing, this model is specifically selected by Rotax For its ability to withstand significant radial loads while minimizing friction. Its internal game (usually C3) is calculated to provide perfect fluidity once the engine is mounted in temperature.

The Bearing 6302 TN9C3 (ref. 232434) is a high performance technical room used in the low engine Rotax To support the end of the balancing tree (pendulum) or some transmission axes. Its dimensions are 15 x 42 x 13 mm. The specification NWT (polyamide cage) associated with the suffix C3 Guarantees excellent resistance to high regimes and a significant reduction in mechanical noise and vibration.

The SKF 6302 TN9 / C3 Bearing (-dimensional 15 x 42 x 13 mm) is one of the most technical components of internal sanding. Its design combines a fiberglass reinforced polyamide cage (Tn9) and an increased radial internal game (C3). This specification is crucial for competition engines because it helps with very high rotational regimes while minimizing the power losses by friction.

The SKF 6302 TN9 / C4 bearing (15 x 42 x 13 mm) pushes the technicality even further than version C3. It keeps the high performance polyamide cage (Tn9) that reduces friction and weight, but adopts a radial internal game C4 (more important than the C3). This specification is particularly popular with the motorists for the balancing and transmission shafts subjected to very strong thermal expansions or for the motor blocks whose machining requires maximum freedom of rotation.

The SKF 6005 TNH C3 Bearing (ref. 932027) is a strategic component of low engine Rotax. Used to support internal trees (balancing or transmission according to assembly), it stands out for its cage in PEEK POLYMER (TNH). This technology is greater than the standard steel cage because it offers increased lightness and exceptional resistance to oils and high temperatures, while ensuring a minimal friction coefficient.

The Bearing 6005 C4 Koyo (25x47x12 mm) is a "racing" version of the standard 6005. Its peculiarity lies in its design to 10 balls (against 8 or 9 on standard models) and its internal game C4. This configuration is specifically chosen by the motorists to reduce the unit load on each ball and offer maximum freedom of rotation at very high operating temperatures.

The Balanced rolling washer (ref. 227280) is a large diameter technical washer designed to secure the axial position of the balancing shaft bearing. Placed between the bearing and the fixing screw in the housing, it prevents any lateral displacement (translation) from the bearing during thrilling acceleration and deceleration phases, thus guaranteeing a perfect alignment of the pendulum sanding.

The Screw FHC 5x12 (ref. 241810) is a milled head screw (six troughs) specifically used to secure the balancing shaft bearing washer in the engine crankcase. Despite its small size, it supports constant vibrations and ensures that the bearing remains perfectly in place in its slot, thus avoiding any shift in the gnat.

The Intermediate pinion pawn 6x40 (ref. 229430) is the rectified cylindrical axis on which the intermediate sprocket of the peancial sanding is rotated. With its precise dimensions of 6 mm in diameter for 40 mm long, it ensures the perfect positioning of the gears. A pion in good condition is the guarantee of a silent transmission and a regular wear of the teeth of the gears (plastic or steel).

The Spi 7x26x7 seal (ref. 230195) Provides the critical separation between the cooling circuit and the gnattern crankcase. Positioned on the water pump shaft, it ensures that the coolant remains in the engine and the box oil is not contaminated by water. Perfect sealing at this level is vital to avoid engine overheating or an oil emulsion (the famous "mayonnaise").

TheWater pump axis with turbine (ref. 226226) is the heart of the cooling system. Driven by internal sanding, this axis rotates the turbine (propeller) which propels the coolant through the cylinder and the radiator. Manufactured according to the strict tolerances of the BRP-RotaxThis set guarantees a constant, essential flow rate to maintain the temperature of your engine in its ideal performance range.

The Water pump (ref. 229470) is a small steel precision cylindrical pin. Its role is to ensure rigorous alignment between the motor housing and the water pump cover. A good alignment is crucial for the water pump shaft to be perfectly centered in its spite joints and its bearings, thus avoiding any premature wear or cooling liquid leak.

The Central crankcase (ref. 250512) is a precision piece cut in a specific material (high performance armed paper) designed to withstand hydrocarbons and internal pressure variations. It is placed between the right housing and the left crankcase. Its role is twofold: guarantee the total seal of the pump housing (for optimum pre-compression) and ensure the precise side spacing between the two carters for the proper functioning of the crankshaft and the gnat.

The Thunder-end needle cage (often referenced under the norm Hk1010, Ref. Rotax 232460) is a small needle bearing housed in the engine housing or launcher support. It receives the end of the electric starter shaft. Its role is crucial: it allows the tree to rotate at very high speed during the start phase with a minimum of friction, while supporting the radial stresses during the haling.

The Wedge 8.5x15x0.50 (ref. 227480) is an adjustment technique washer. Mainly used on the axes of internal sanding (such as the water pump shaft or some intermediate axes depending on the versions), it allows the side game moving components. Its calibrated thickness of 0.50 mm Guarantees that the rooms are neither too free (vibration), nor too constrained (heating and friction).

The Adaptable "multi-motor" launcher is a Bendix type mechanism designed to provide enlarged compatibility. Although it is not a part of the manufacturer origin (OEM), it scrupulously respects the mounting ratings of the most popular motors on the market (Rotax Max Iame X30, Vortex Rok). This is the preferred choice for leisure rolling or for training, making it possible to maintain its material in perfect working order without the cost of the original room.
